I had no skills and not even much muscle to offer them. And for some reason, they hired me anyway! But here's the reason I feel confident in my review and believe that it is objective. It is really the fact that I knew so little going into the job. I got to see what they did from the inside. I learned as I went and was amazed at the things I saw. I grew up believing that construction workers just weren't that smart. These were the guys who couldn't do anything else. I can't tell you how wrong I was! The people I met at Willow are not only smart, they are brilliant. There is just so much that goes into even the smallest building or renovation. How they keep all the details and all the rules and codes in their heads blows my mind. And the finished product was always spectacular. I worked on several different jobs so I got to know the various foremen and supervisors. They are all highly professional and well-versed in the nuances of their trade. They were always considerate and pleasant to the clients. I learned so much from them all. My time at Willow will always be something I will look back on fondly. I can honestly recommend them for any job. Nothing is too big or too small.

He absolutely NEVER calls customers back and never follows up. It's like "pulling teeth" yo get him follow through on anything. We used him for a small project, referred him to our neighbor for a large project . When we called him for 2 small projects, he never called my husband back. Don't waste your time with Callahan.

My garage door company recommended West & Callahan from their experience with them. Chuck Callahan was excellent to work with on the retrofit of an old garage with carriage doors that were being removed for the installation of a new overhead lifting door. They are licensed and very professional. Chuck provided a not-to-exceed estimate, communicated well throughout the planning and implementation and had very competent workers on site to perform the tricky retrofit in a timely fashion, working closely with the garage door company. The actual costs came in below the estimate and he billed me the lower amount, which I was very impressed and pleased with. I highly recommend and would gladly use them again.

Brian and crew replaced the floor with hardwood, repaired and painted every wall, reworked the electrical system, and found and repaired some subfloor damage not noted in the inspection. Brian worked to our budget as unforeseen conditions were revealed, and was always conscious of our not-to-exceed estimate.
