I have had a torn tendon in my hip for over 2 years. I was told that only surgery would fix it as tendons don't heal on their own but there's no elective surgeries during COVID, so I was in constant pain. Stephanie has truly changed my life. I have been suffering from chronic fatigue, stress, anxiety, lack of energy, lack of appetite and digestive issues for the past two years.
