Integrity Hudsonville is a total money grab company. My son failed the road test within 10minutes…read more I rescheduled another test the next day with another company EZ WAY Testing and he passed with zero mistakes. How is this possible? Integrity testers take students down crazy side street intersections that would confuse even veteran drivers. Tester Steve did not provide clear instructions, directed unsafe driving directions; turning right on Chicago drive, immediately cutting over two lanes to make a Michigan left, then immediately cutting over another lane to make a right turn off Chicago in heavy traffic. Save your time, money, and stress and go with a different testing company.

Very frustrating experience with my child's test. Our first interaction was with a different instructor. She must have been having a bad day. We were really glad we didn't have her. Our instructor felt friendly at first, but was down to business and did not put my daughter at ease. Unlike other places, we had to use their vehicles which was unfortunate since it added unfamiliarity to an already stressful situation. My daughter passed the parking lots tests quickly, but when we went on the road, he had her turning left in busy traffic in an unfamiliar car. We had to sit there a while to wait for an opening (which added to the awkwardness), but eventually It went fine, but then we immediately went through an unusual intersection where 3 roads cross + train tracks. Right after that he start prepping her to turn left. She got confused by his instructions so he started giving more and faster. He was referring to a blue house and big pine tree on the left, but she first noticed a blue house with big pine tree on the right...and the house on the left had no pine tree. At the last minute she figured out what he wanted, but turned from the through lane rather than moving into the middle turn lane. He then directed her back and abruptly told her she failed. I went back and looked at the intersection and the blue house on the left has no pine tree, so I understand my daughter's confusion. It was frustrating that he put her in those stressful situations immediately and then failed her within a mile rather than just turn right first and giving her a mile to get familiar with the car and him.

I'm not impressed with the office gal, and in a business where customer service is valued and appreciated, she needs some lessons herself. I recommend that Jungle should hire someone who can speak intelligently and respectfully to those that are paying for this service.

The mistake was made by signing him up for segment 2 to find out a few hours later that Allstar had an opening 2 months earlier. This is where we encountered 2 phone calls with the lady in the office that was extremely rude on the phone when my wife said he was going to cancel the class. The timing of this call was less than 24 hours after we signed up but still 2 months out for the actual class. The policy is there are no refunds for any reason. That is fine but we don't need to be hung up on after the discussion. I called back and asked to hold the credit so I could donate it to a child of my choice. Voiced my frustration over the timing and the policy and was hung up on a second time. I might have deserved that hang up but my wife certainly did not deserve round 1. Buyer be aware! Jungle maybe you can invest in some customer courtesy training for your office staff and consider a little flexibility in your zero refund policy. Especially when your classes aren't available for over 2 months.
