He was telling my daughter what she needs to be aware of and I was worried she hadn't passed because he was talking to her. She hadn't made any major mistakes, but being a newer driver she is still a cautious driver and wasn't as defensive of a driver as she needs to be. We still would have been sad had she failed, but he was not rude about it so I think it would have been taken much better. The lady tester (TLT) on the other hand, failed my daughter twice. The first time she absolutely didn't deserve to pass, but the second time TLT lied and said she didn't clear a light. Her dad was in the car and was watching and had literally texted me and told me she cleared it while she was still driving. Both time she failed TLT got mad at her for crying and snapped at her. I was in the car for the first test and she kept snapping and saying "she's not listening to me". I calmly told her she was and she continued berating her. The second time her dad was in the car and she was rude to him and my daughter. Her dad said he had watched her clear the light and TLT snapped "well I was actually paying attention" Both times she was rude from the minute my daughter pulled up. Rick was so nice from the get go. I think TLT has just been doing this job too long. She is so in the habit of failing kids, she is rote in her speech of "the good news is you can take it again in 24 hours" My daughter's dad asked if she could then take it the next day and she was like, "No we are closed for the rest of the week." Well then don't say she can take it in 24 hours then lady. TLT was watching my daughter park while Rick tested her and my daughter started shaking because TLT has traumatized her so much that she was freaking out. I, in no way, would want this job, so I understand it may be difficult to find testers, but maybe there needs to be check ins to be sure the right person is in this position. I know someone that loves correcting people, calling them out for bad choices and is not nice about it in the least. She would be a terrible person to have in this job. I think TLT is that type of person and probably doesn't have an empathetic bone in her body. She is more suited for a job that doesn't require her to interact with people. All this to say, if you go here get tested by Rick and avoid The Lady Tester like the plague.

Integrity Hudsonville is a total money grab company. My son failed the road test within 10minutes…read more I rescheduled another test the next day with another company EZ WAY Testing and he passed with zero mistakes. How is this possible? Integrity testers take students down crazy side street intersections that would confuse even veteran drivers. Tester Steve did not provide clear instructions, directed unsafe driving directions; turning right on Chicago drive, immediately cutting over two lanes to make a Michigan left, then immediately cutting over another lane to make a right turn off Chicago in heavy traffic. Save your time, money, and stress and go with a different testing company.

We'd go into the portal, go to schedule a drive, they're all red. We then contacted the instructor who said that nope, there should be some open for the end of the month/beginning of the next. We call customer support, they say they're only available for the end of the next month. Aka way after the 6 week period she so stressfully emphasized to us. We said that wouldn't work and told them why, they said we just "have to wait" because they "dont have the end of the month/start of the next even put in the calendar"? How the hell am I supposed to pass if your business is too lazy to put up the schedules asap. We've spent 400+ dollars on this, and its overall just been a terrible experience, the amazing instructor doesn't make up for it. Edit: and now they ONLY have an 8:30 to 10:30 AM slot. Do they realize most of the people taking this class through a HIGH SCHOOL are kids who have school? Ridiculous.

I'm not impressed with the office gal, and in a business where customer service is valued and appreciated, she needs some lessons herself. I recommend that Jungle should hire someone who can speak intelligently and respectfully to those that are paying for this service.

The mistake was made by signing him up for segment 2 to find out a few hours later that Allstar had an opening 2 months earlier. This is where we encountered 2 phone calls with the lady in the office that was extremely rude on the phone when my wife said he was going to cancel the class. The timing of this call was less than 24 hours after we signed up but still 2 months out for the actual class. The policy is there are no refunds for any reason. That is fine but we don't need to be hung up on after the discussion. I called back and asked to hold the credit so I could donate it to a child of my choice. Voiced my frustration over the timing and the policy and was hung up on a second time. I might have deserved that hang up but my wife certainly did not deserve round 1. Buyer be aware! Jungle maybe you can invest in some customer courtesy training for your office staff and consider a little flexibility in your zero refund policy. Especially when your classes aren't available for over 2 months.
