We used them for nearly six months after our baby was born, and as the photos attached show, the results have been terrible. One thing you can always count on is that they will never arrive on time. If you have pets, be ready to lose your entire day waiting for them to show up. On top of that, they constantly misplaced our belongings -- sometimes "hiding" items instead of putting them back where they belong. We had to repeatedly point out that they'd missed entire sections of the house, like our whole downstairs. When that happened, good luck getting them to return the same day to fix it. They also ran our dishwasher with expensive knives inside and used dish soap instead of dishwasher detergent, leaving our kitchen covered in bubbles. Veronica apologized and offered 10% off that cleaning, but that didn't make up for the damage or the pattern of carelessness. She knew we hired them because we have a baby, yet her team still mixed his dishes with items that weren't safe for him. Communication is another major issue. They never once arrived on time, and when my wife explained that we couldn't continue with three-hour-late, unannounced arrivals, Veronica accused us of canceling the service. Today, they were scheduled to clean again--no show, no message, nothing. It took three hours just to get a response saying they were "waiting on their team." Yes, her prices are competitive, but you truly get what you pay for. We'll be paying a little more next time for a reliable and professional cleaning service. They constantly skipped parts of the house, even after we reminded them. The stairs were never vacuumed once, even though that was part of the agreement, and they often skipped the downstairs den completely. One time they did not even wipe down the kitchen counters. The price was never adjusted despite the unfinished work. I talked to the manager twice, and my husband spoke with her three different times trying to fix the timing and cleaning issues. Nothing ever changed. When I asked about setting a specific time, she said we were not even on the schedule and then claimed we had canceled the service. Later, when I followed up, she said they could continue but could not guarantee a time anymore, going back on what she had promised because of our baby's nap schedule and the dogs. This was the worst service I've ever had anywhere from anyone for anything. They were a no-show…read moreand literally left me in the lurch on the very busy and stressful day before a 1,200 mile move. I scheduled both house and carpet cleaning a month in advance. When nobody had shown up by half an hour after the appointment time I asked for an ETA. She said they'd be there in about three hours. When I asked why there was such a delay she said she guarantees the day, but not the time and that they were busy with another client who'd had a flood. Hmmm... When there was still nobody there 38 minutes after the revised appointment time I contacted her again. They were still busy, so we agreed I would give them the garage code so I could finish several errands and not waste any more time waiting for them (in a house with zero furniture, BTW, so sitting on stairs in the garage on a 90+ degree day). I made sure she understood I was leaving and had to have the work done for an inspection by the rental agency the following morning. At about 5:00 PM she texted to say they were not going to be able to do the work that day, but could do it the following day. This was not going to work for me as there was a property management company inspection scheduled for the next morning and a $2,000+ security deposit on the line. I'm not gonna lie... after being jerked around all day then cancelled on, I was livid at that point. I explained that since we'd had a verbal -- actually written, as it was all done by text -- contract for over a month she had an obligation to me, not the other client, and that they had to get the job done that day because the inspection and the start of my trip was the following day. I also pointed out that I'd already paid her. She said she was tired of "arguing with me" and that she would not do the job at all now. Apparently having to ask when they were going to show up three times was argumentative. Or maybe she was offended by the idea that I expected her to do the job she'd agreed to do a full month prior. Bottom line, after jerking me around and wasting my time all day, she stood me up and left me totally in the lurch. If you want to be sure the job gets done, move on... Move far, far away from this company.
