Let me start off by saying I wanted a dark copper color and showed her pictures. And pictures of what color my Hair is now. I came in Saturday And after her dying my hair 2 times she tells me I'm so sorry I ran out of color can you come back tomorrow. I left her salon with neon hair. I was embarrassed and even her husband came downstairs to the salon and said" UM your leaving like that?!" Even though I was shocked I decided to trust the process and come back in the morning. I explained to her my husband and I have an event so if I came back I would have to be finished by then. The next morning I come back she dyed it once more, she rinses my hair and looks at it with a puzzled look. She says I'm not sure what to do. She asks if she can run to store to get another toner. She applies the Toner and I notice the pieces she didn't apply it on are still bright and brassy I ask her aren't you gonna apply it on the rest of my head? She said well I don't know how the color is going to turn out. At this point I'm frustrated, you are literally experimenting with my hair. My curls were loosening with every wash after she rinsed The color.( after 4 attempts of her attempting to dye my hair) I finally tell her this is unacceptable and she just looks at my hair puzzled so confused. I will never be back. My hair is now 4 different colors. Although I'm glad she didn't have a problem about giving me $$ back I will give a fair warning to not go to this lady.
