On 09/21/17 took my brand new 2017 Escalde to be tinted. After 35mn the SUV was doneI I was in a total shock that he (Daniel) I beleive was his name finished it in a very little time for a such huge SUV. Next day I noticed visible little bubbles all over & I immediatly called to complain, their answer was just wait 2 to 3 days it will go away, waited 4days it got worse. I showed up Today 09/25 @ 9:00am for retinting. Daniel came out inspected the vehicle & his answer was I'm going to do my best again but expect some bubbles LOL. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? After the second attempt you can still see little BUBBLES & on top of that he made a deep scratch about 2" long on the chrome with a sharp item on the driver side rite at the botton of the window. I've never had any issues tinting my cars for the last 10 years accept with TOTAL ECLIPSE. It was a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience with them. read more

I'm not one to write reviews often but these guys did my window tints and oil change on a 2015 Corvette and I highly recommend them. I called a few window tinting places and they kept upping the price when I told them what kind of car it was and that I wanted a quality film. Just had them tint my Hyundai Veloster Turbo with 3M Ceramic all the way around. They did an excellent job. Amazing customer service. Probably the best prices in town for all the 3M dealers. I called around too... Great customer service too. The gentleman that helped me out explained everything in detail. I don't know much about automotive tint, so. i have 2015 C7 stingray corvette brought here for $700 crystalline tint, what a sloppy work they did in my car. i will never come to this store for tint again. the film are great but the work they did is like somebody doesn't know how to tint. be better go somewhere else for $150 tint probably much better than what i got from this tint place.. read more

I was driving by very early in the morning and, long story short, I dropped my car off for tint and it was done an hour later. An hour!!! I've had tint done at other places and it takes at least 3 hours...not only was my car ready in an hour but the tint looks amazing!!! There were small particles and bubbles all over my windows from the crappy job they did on my Lincoln town car 2005. The day I got the job done Daniel, tall Asian guy, had used so much water on the back window that the head liner was falling down. When I pointed this out they told me to go buy some headliner glue and fix it. So I did, what a joke, why should I have to fix it????? I waited 1 month to take it back as recommended by them so the tint would have time to settle. I drove back and set my appointment with Jesse (mgr) for thur 12/24/15(today). He agreed to re-do the 2 front windows as they were the worst. When I walked in this am I saw Jesse at the counter along with (Daniel) the tinter. Daniel was the guy that did my tinting, he had his arms on the counter with his head resting on them yawning (real professional). Jesse drove my car into the bay, about 10 min. later, Jesse came back out to talk to me. He said " I'm having problems with Daniel, he got some of the bubbles out, but does not want to re-do the job unless you can take care of him." I said " What?, you expect me to give him more money to re-do the crappy job he did? does that sound ethical to you Jesse?. He didn't know how to respond, I said " HELL NO I'm not giving him a dime, bring my car out I'm leaving. As they opened the bay doors, Daniel was standing there and I said to Jesse, "Get me his name and the owners name, If I had an employee like him I would FIRE him on the spot!" Jesse needs to grow a set and control his juvenile employees. I can't believe that this company would let a lazy unprofessional punk like Daniel dictate the terms of how business is conducted. This was a RE-DO. I will speak with the owner in person, but will NOT let them touch my car---- DO NOT let them touch yours. I paid $220.00 by the way for this crappy job. read more

We were very satisfied customers back in 2006 they did a great job on our car window tint,but it seems to me that since then the place changed for the worse and is very unprofessionally run now.Very disappointed with Total Eclipse this time in 2013.I had an appointment scheduled with the owner and when we arrived they said no such appointment.They wanted us to come back next weekend but we insisted that they need to do the job same day so they don't waste our time.It took 4 hours for them to do it and 4 of the windows had bubbles and scratches on them so we called back and they told us to bring the car in so they can fix it.I specifically asked if we need an appointment for this and they said no.When we went there,we were told that they were very busy and could not do the job.What?! So we had to come back again for a 3rd time to have the windows with bubbles re-done.After they were re-done same result-windows still had bubbles ,so we got tired of them playing games and wasting our time coming back and disputed the charge but they won't refund our money.Total Eclipse or Total Disappointment.Would tell all my friends,relatives and colleagues to avoid this place.Never again! Don't waste your time with this place! I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau too! read more
