I paid for a single Gold wash which took 6 minutes 30 seconds. So keep that in mind if another vehicle is in front of you in there of how long you might be waiting. I was waiting behind a truck. I was parked right at the checkout kiosk screen. While the truck in front of me was getting washed, a good amount of water was splashing my way on the windshield/car. Didn't matter since I was waiting to get mine washed next. There is a building in front of the exit of the automatic touchless wash that will have a countdown timer at the top of how long the dryer is blowing for. With this being my first time, I didn't notice it at first as I was looking all around me on what to do next since those lights near the exit never lit up to Go, Stop, etc. Giving it 3 stars because of how confusing it was for a first timer. It got the job done. You can pay with cash, card, or digital wallet.

Thinking about buying a car from Walt's Auto Sales? Please read this first…read more I left a detailed review about my experience with this dealership, but I've noticed it's being drowned out by a flood of new "perfect" reviews. Because of that, I wanted to share my honest experience here so others in our community can be aware before making a decision. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating. I went through three different vehicles with them: * Jeep Renegade - the battery kept dying. * Kia Forte - smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had electrical issues. * Hyundai Santa Cruz truck - was involved in an accident before I purchased it, causing multiple problems that I had to fix out-of-pocket. Even with proof of these issues, all they seemed to care about was getting their money. The front desk ladies who take payments are extremely rude and disrespectful, and Jason, the manager over the payment department, makes excuses for them instead of correcting their behavior. The only helpful person I encountered there was Josh. While they did give me a credit for putting me into three different cars, I still ended up spending close to $7,000 out-of-pocket just to fix the truck. On top of that, they reported the amount I owed to three different credit reporting sites with three different balances, none of which matched. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I will never return and strongly advise others to go somewhere that actually cares about putting you in a safe, reliable vehicle. Places like this often don't have brand-specific mechanics, so when they "fix" something, it's not always done correctly; which can cause more harm than good. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way

Last Saturday my daughters and I were traveling back to San Angelo from San Antonio when I learned…read morethe light bulb which powered my left turn signal light in the front of the vehicle was out. Thankfully, the rear light worked but it was blinking a million times a second which warned me that it was next to fail. I thankfully and prayerfully made it home safe and called Mitchell Toyota yesterday (Monday) to see if they had any appointments to get my light fixed. The Customer Service Associate told me to come in after 1:30 p.m. and I was seen as soon as I arrived. I went to the Parts Department and was helped by a very pleasant Associate who gave me a "Military Discount" on the bulb I needed. What's more, Toyota DID NOT charge for the Labor of installing the bulb (Fist Pump! And Fist Pump Again!) I waited about 30 minutes in the Waiting Room after paying for my bulb, but was very happy to learn my vehicle was ready. While I have read the previous reviews, I am glad to report my experience was everything that I have come to expect of Toyota after having owned one for almost 20 years. While in San Angelo, I definitely plan to come back to this location for my automotive needs. Until the next bulb blows ~

Called this dealership on Tuesday to set up an appointment to have my 2022 Toyota Tundra serviced…read more The lady at the service desk spoke to me in a manner unbecoming a business who actually NEEDS all the business they can get. She sounded irritated and as if I interrupted her - perhaps she was busy on her FB page - not sure - but very unfriendly! I then called the front desk/reception and again spoke to someone NOT TOO friendly, but also not rude. I asked to speak to the GM - was then told he was in a meeting. I asked WHO he was, to which she at first sounded reluctant to give his name - then after asking again - she said it was "Sean". I asked her to please ask him to call me - she said she would give him the message. Today is Friday, May 20th, and NO call has come from "Sean" - the GM! As a business owner for many years, I am amazed how businesses like this are still in business! Is it ONLY about selling new vehicles (but then) they even suck at that! I went to them over a year ago looking at trading my 2018 GMC with very low mileage, and buying a Toyota Tacoma (I ended up buying a BRAND NEW one from Brunner Toyota in Brownwood - which means they lost that deal) - I was told by the "salesman" that he cannot give me a price on my GMC and that he needs to speak to his manager and that they will get back to me! It has been over a year, and I still have not received that call! Bet you IF I ran my business like this, I would not be in business, let alone employ people who do not know HOW to speak to potential customers! I will now take my vehicle to Abilene to get serviced - yet another loss for this business! It seems that they THINK they are doing us a favor by "servicing" our vehicles - forgetting they are getting PAID to do it! Really, is this where we are heading as a society?
