I never thought I would be able to afford to do Laser Hair Removal in my early twenties, and then I…read moreheard a Ideal Image radio advertisement encouraging anyone who was interested in Laser Hair Removal to come in for a free consultation. At that time they were offering 50% your Laser Hair Removal treatments and decided to set up a consultation, if nothing else. I was so impressed with the staff and their clear explanations of how the treatments and Laser machinery worked, that I knew it was the right time for me start the process. It has now been a year since my last Laser Hair Removal session and I cannot tell you have wonderful the results have been. For a young woman who has always had an allergy to metal and razors, it has been so nice to have such long lasting smooth results with only so often needing to touch up. With such positive results from Laser Hair Removal, i decided to try Ideal Images Cool Sculpting. I am an active runner and fairly in shape young woman, but as many know, we all have our problem areas. No matter how hard we attempt to correct those areas, they won't budge and that's where Cool Sculpting is so worth while! No surgery or anesthesia is needed and depending on your area of focus, you can be done within an hour. There is some discomfort involved but more sore due to it being an unusual feeling, not pain. I was once again pleased with my results, and if anything, it has only encouraged me to remain consistent with my regular work outs to only emphasize my results :) Ideal Images staff is respectful, relatable and beyond helpful! With such positive results with both my treatments and the staff, I have recommended Ideal Image and their services to several friends and co works and would highly recommend them in the future.

The technician I worked with over multiple appointments was difficult to communicate with, alternating between what felt like bewilderment and annoyance at my pain. I tried laughing her off, but as they got worse and I stopped responding, she started pressing me for a response harder and harder until I just had to leave. Additionally, I've gone to a variety of other laser and electrolysis services since and none of them have been anywhere near as painful or cruel as what I went through here. I met with Jodie for my consult and she gave me some very honest advice - she informed me that fillers would not be a good solution to one of my problems. She advised me of several other options (one of which was not offered at Aesthetica). I felt very safe in her care because she wasn't just giving me what I asked for, she was helping me make an informed choice, even though it meant less business for Aesthetica. So I did get fillers in one area and I am REALLY happy with them. Jodie is really good at what she's does and my face still looks like my face - just refreshed. Some FYIs - I think the consult was $50. When I paid for my service they deducted the $50. My fillers ended up costing ~$600 in total. There's also a rewards program that you can sign up for to get discounts on future services. I will definitely be back.
