I went here for some Juvederm. After a consultation, I was told there would be visible improvement with one syringe. That was true; I got my money's worth, and that would have been fine for now. However, they left a visible crease coming down from the right side of my mouth that had not been there before. When I went back to have them evaluate it, they suggested another syringe, at $600. The thing is, it wasn't there before. One side of my mouth looks pulled down, while the other did not. Almost like I'd had a slight stroke. Putting the before/after photos together, it was noticeable, even to the technician. Again, however, I was told it could be "corrected" with another syringe. In other words, I could pay to correct THEIR mistake. I was told someone would review this and get back to me but the end of the week (this was on a Tuesday).by the following Friday I called the main exchange and asked if anyone was getting back to me. I spoke to someone who was very concerned about getting this addressed, however it's been over a week now and nothing. I will be calling again next week. I doubt it will matter. I won't go here again. Bad customer service, and unwilling to stand behind their work. 2 stars because other than the mini stroke bit it looks good. But that's what I would expect for $600, so I'm sure there are many other places I can go and get the same good results without leaving me with a new problem. read more

If zero was an option it would be zero. My daughter has special needs and it's almost impossible for her to shave her legs. We forked out $3600 fora service. We have viaduct repeated appointment cancelation, at the last minute. Then we had to wait another month for another appointment, only to have that one canceled. Our last appointment, they didn't even bother to cancel, they said it wasn't in the system. I stood at the counter with my daughter and made the appointment. Everything they told me from their sales pitch to schedule issues has been nothing but a scam. We were told lifetime touch ups were included, thats a lie. We were told treatment every 6 to 8 weeks for 16 months, thats a lie. Meanwhile they have been paid in FULL for services they can't honor, while still selling new packages. This company is a scam. I feel I've been lied to so many times, enough is enough. Be ware if you book at the Madison location they only have 1 rn and 1 desk girl, or so they say. Every single person I have dealt with has been very nice. Anytime I have had to change an existing appointment, they have done so without issue. The only thing that I don't like, is they charge u BEFORE u even get the procedure done. When we setup my plan, I had to pay for everything up front, even tho some of it wasn't for months out. I spent an hour with a super kind human helping me schedule laser hair treatments. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told it had been cancelled, but they didn't tell me. No call, no text, no email. Just two receptionists sitting there like "sorry you drove all the way here, nothing we can do". I don't have time for that kind of disorganization. I signed a "contract" and apparently I might not be able to get out of it. I'm supposedly supposed to get a call from customer service but it's been a week and...nothing. I have been a customer in good standing since 2019 and welcomed my first child in June 2021. When I found out I was pregnant, I was just starting a new laser hair removal contract, but was told I couldn't receive treatments during my pregnancy. Fast forward to after the birth, I called and was told I had to wait 3 months after my c-section to resume sessions. I called again 3 months later and was told my contract had expired, there was nothing they could do. I was falsely led to believe my contract would be put on hold until I was medically able to resume treatment. I had a 16 month contract, which is fully paid, yet I only received 3 treatments. The "best they can do" is give me 2 more treatments... What a joke - completely unacceptable! Seems like Ideal Image only cares about their money and punishes clients for family planning. What a complete JOKE!! I'm going for laser hair removal and was convinced to get the lifetime warranty to come in for touch ups for a lifetime. Just to find out after a year, you actually start having to make copays if you need a touch up. I spent $5,000 on this treatment! Funny, in other reviews the same things are happening to other people! If I would have known that I would have been more thorough about my thoughts on how they don't get in some areas like they should! This has been the biggest waste of $7,000. This company is unorganized, unprofessional and not staffed so they can't accurately schedule appointments. My very first appointment the technician didn't complete the Cool Sculpting process correctly, leaving a big area on my stomach for several weeks. This prevented treatment, twice after I drove 40 minutes each direction for my appointment. I had another appointment canceled again after driving 40 minutes each way due to the receptionist scheduled the appointment too close to my previous appointment. Here's the big kicker ... I started this treatment in May. I am still waiting for the appointments that was canceled to be rescheduled. I have called the clinic and was told that they don't have any trained technicians available. The manager is on maternity leave and she was the only person in the office trained for Cool Sculpting. I was told that a manager from another location would be reaching out to me to resolve this issue, that never happened! read more

Had my first appointment this afternoon and was lucky to be squeezed in same day. Sat with the aesthetics consultant for an hour. She was so thorough and open to all my questions. This place really makes getting work done affordable! I was shown how much safer their practices were compared to my dermatologist. I was made very comfortable and reassured on the entire processes of all procedures. They really gained my trust and I feel they're more credible than most places! I have waited more then 2 years to write this review, giving Ideal Image a plenty of time to resolve my complaint I went to Ideal for 9 sessions in 2018 and wasn't satisfied with the result. Tried to figure it out with the clinic and was unsuccessful, had to be contacted by regional manager after two more complimentary session still no result that I expected. COVID happen and I though i would give them some time to figure it out but year and a half later I still have no resolution at all. Time to time I receive phone calls from Ideal Image telling me about promotions where I explain what happen and they "file a complaint" giving me the number of my case being very apologetic but later same thing happen. I decided to go to a different place, which has same laser but do the treatments 5 weeks apart rather then 10, and has life time guarantee which means you pay once and never pay again, you can go as much as 10 years every 5 weeks if you like it doesn't matter All tho the laser treatments didn't give me satisfaction what bothered me the most is attitudes from people who work there Not sure why being rude is only the reaction you get when you complain. DO NOT GO HERE! I paid over $1,200 for Coolscculpting. 1. Their "payment plan" is a loan they take out in your name, not a payment plan through Ideal Image. The phone saleswoman lied about this setup. I never would have opted for a loan over paying in full. 2. Coolscculpting didn't work for me because I don't have enough body fat. They wanted me to KEEP RESCHEDULING and trying until it worked long enough that they could count it as a session and charge me. 3. They will not refund me. I am moving out of the country and have spent tend of hours with these people on the phone. They just send you in circles until you get tired and just pay them. I refuse to pay them. They told me I "can't break my contract" so I must pay, when they are the ones who cannot perform the service I paid for. Their expectation is that I will spend my $1,200 on another service here. I got told at my first BBL treatment that the intensity will be raised at every visit. After bringing up at every appt that I am not seeing any results, I get told at my 5th out of 7 treatments that the intensity level was on the low side at my previous treatments. 3 were done in Greenfield. I was shocked to hear that. I felt a significant difference in the intensity at my 5th visit that I should of felt by my 3rd treatment. I called about my issue and everyone was so unhelpful. I always got a new person on the line or got the call center and I kept getting told excuses about the person "working" on my case. She never called me back. I get told at my next appt that a complimentary appt can be done but needs to get approved. Apparently it wasn't able to get approved just for the spot on my face that needs some extra work. A nurse tried to sell me into buying more treatments even after agreeing with me that the redness should of been gone by my 7th treatment because that's what I got told at my initial consultation. Another thing I don't like about this treatment is that it's not consistent. I had a different BBL nurse doing my treatments at every visit. They all have their own way of using it. Some would go over my face twice with each laser and some only went over my face once. Some would move the laser in smaller increments and some would move it in larger increments. Some visits felt like 5 minutes while others felt like 15. Also one time I asked if the BBL settings were at the highest intensity settings and I got told yes. At my next appt I got told the settings can go higher. This company has shown me so many red flags. I don't recommend Ideal Image and won't be coming back. I did not feel like a valued customer and I wasted my money. Do yourself a favor and read their Better Business Bureau reviews. read more

I was so impressed with the staff and their clear explanations of how the treatments and Laser machinery worked, that I knew it was the right time for me start the process. It has now been a year since my last Laser Hair Removal session and I cannot tell you have wonderful the results have been. For a young woman who has always had an allergy to metal and razors, it has been so nice to have such long lasting smooth results with only so often needing to touch up. With such positive results from Laser Hair Removal, i decided to try Ideal Images Cool Sculpting. I am an active runner and fairly in shape young woman, but as many know, we all have our problem areas. I've had four sessions of laser hair removal for bikini and underarms, and my results are great so far! It's quick and everyone makes me feel comfortable. However, I've dropped a couple of stars because communication has been SO poor. They literally never answer the phone when you call. Not once in over six months. So if you don't book your next appointment in person at your current one, you'll end up playing phone tag for a week just trying to schedule. They also canceled 3 of my first 4 appointments, and I had to reschedule. Some were canceled so last minute that I'd already shaved and ended up with razor burn that made the appointment more painful when it did get rescheduled. I totally understand that this is probably all related to Covid challenges, but for me this service was one of the biggest purchases I'll ever make, and I thought the team would treat their customer service with that in mind for people. read more

I went in with embarrassing under arm hair. I have dark hair and fair skin. Even after shaving it looked like I needed to shave because you could see the underlining roots. When I went in for my consultation I was happy to see that the center is very clean, and the staff is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the services and lasers. Nurses do all the services, so you know you will be taken care of. I decided to treat the Brazilian area, I have had three treatments so far, and I am so happy with the results!! (The only hair that couldn't be permanently removed was so light that there is not enough contrast between my skin and the hair, so the laser can't see it.) I got laser removal done on my bikini area and was very happy with the results. Because of that I decided to do cool sculpting on my belly. Such disappointment! It is expensive and I saw literally no results. During my 4 month check, the nurse agreed that there was no difference and I was told to come back at 6 months. I still saw no difference but the nurse said that she could see some reduction. I was then explained that it is like peeling a potato where each cycle takes a thin layer off. This was very much unlike the cheer I've heard about how much difference I will see and how pleased I will be when I was still considering. This invisible thin layer cost me over a 1000$. I am a very petite girl and hardly needed cool sculpting at all, maybe it works better for people who are bigger built. On top of the disappointment of throwing this money away, the nurse was rude during my last session and I left feeling very self conscious about my body because of what she said and how she said that. So to sum it up: laser removal=definitely yes (maybe some place else since their nurses feel entitled to make negative comments about your body?);cool sculpting=do not expect any dramatic results unless you want to do more than one cycle. I love Ideal Image! I heard the ads on the radio & got fed up with my 5 o'clock underarm shadow. It always looked like I needed to shave. I went in for a cosulation and yes, it is expensive, but it's the best money you'll ever spend! Everyone there is fantastic- super friendly & helpful. The technicians make you feel super comfortable and will answer any questions you have. I've been through 5 of my 9 treatments and my underarms look awesome. I heard about Ideal Image on a local radio station when the location was opening in Middleton and thought I'd check it out. I scheduled a consultation and upon arrival all of the staff was welcoming and helpful. The consultation was throrough and all of my questions were answered. I did not feel pressured at all to start treatment, but I did decide to go ahead with it. I am having my underarms, chin and lower linea alba (below belly button down to around the beltline) and all areas are progressing very nicely with no complaints about the treatment or results! When I first walked into Ideal Image it was just initially to see what it was all about and see what was involved in laser hair removal. Thirty minutes later I was having my first treatment on my legs and now I'm hooked! I love Ideal Image. I had my first treatment in January and have not shaved my legs once since then. The staff is SO great - talking you through everything and making you feel comfortable. The products sold there are great. And I couldn't be happier with my results on my legs. I feel more confident wearing shorts and skirts during the summer and just feel better about myself. And the time savings on shaving my legs is amazing.
