MOST OF THEIR 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE EITHER FROM WORKERS OR BOUGHT FROM SHADY WEBSITES ------------------ I cancelled my subscription a month ago because their service was shit. Then I got an e-mail about my account being suspended because of a refused charge, which I thought nothing of. Then suddenly my card got a charge from them. I immediately messaged support about how they wrongly charged my card. But this "PJ" from their side kept saying that I did not cancel my subscription which I did. They forced me to open the page again and cancel it AGAIN. Im pretty sure they'll keep charging my card next month so I blocked their payments from my side. Also they refused to give me a refund when they were the ones in the wrong. I messaged the same day I got the charge, because I already cancelled. They still kept insisting that I didn't when it was in my freaking browsers history. This is unacceptable for a company who's service is also shit. read more

I recently ported my number from Tossable to Visible, another carrier, when I returned from my international travel. Visible made an error in the porting process and thus delayed the port. here is what I wrote Tossable after the whole issue was resolved. "I just wanted to let you know that everything has finally been resolved with Visible and my number has been successfully ported out of Tossable. But more than that, I wanted to let you know that PJ was a lifesaver. PJ was the only person who took my request seriously and took the time to really look into what was going wrong. I related to Visible what PJ explained was the cause of the problem, and I suspect that was what finally got Visible to accept responsibility for the hold up and fix it. I kept getting brush-off's from Visible, telling me it was Tossable's error, even from a phone appointment with one of Visible's second level support personnel. PJ is the person responsible for making this port a success. "And overall, my husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with the Tossable service while we were overseas. It worked perfectly to get emails every time a phone call or text was received on our US numbers, and the service was ridiculously inexpensive for what we received. You preserved our numbers for us so that when we returned to the US, we could reactivate them, but also provided us a great service in being able to receive authentication codes, etc. when we had to manage business online from overseas. I cancelled the service. I was told that the subscription will be refunded. Havent seen it yet. I resingned to see if it was a glitch. Second week going. No response. I am so thankful for PJs help. He truly went above and beyond in helping me port my phone number. I cannot thank him enough for all his hard work and kind help! :) He was already so helpful in working hard to get my number ported as there were extra complications with my specific provider (Freedom mobile). However as soon as I disclosed that I struggled with carpal tunnel, he kindly went out of his way to call me instead of having me to email back-and-forth. He is a truly a lifesaver to me. He kept me up to date by phone & email on the status and process of my number port requests and even went out of his way to ask my provider to get me a refund for the months I've been waiting to have my number ported (the long wait was due to my previous provider Freedom mobile, not Tossable digits). When other agents felt stuck and continued to get me to do the same things, PJ thought of other creative solutions and actively worked to get things done with my previous provider. If it wasn't for PJ, I don't know how we would have got my number ported safely. PJ not only is amazing at his job but he really cares about his clients. He also went above and beyond to kindly give me some tips with dictation to ease daily life for my carpal tunnel as well and offered to walk through the Tossable Digits website so I don't have to do so much clicking which aggravates my condition. I have been using Tossable digits for the last one year, their customer service online chat has been extremely good, always reachable immediately , very knowledgeable, the porting out and porting in process has been smooth. I had my wireless mobile number with verizon, since I was travelling abroad, I was looking for the cheapest way to preserve my number, I found tossable digits, they are not only very economical, but also got cool features like call forwarding, sms you can check even if your phone not active, I found it very useful and now when I completed my vacation, when I came back, I ported my number back to verizon. It was all cool. I strongly recommend if anyone looking for a cheaper way porting your number and keeping it active when you are travelling or don't want to spend too much money on monthly bills. read more

I used this service a few years ago and it worked flawlessly. I used it this year and needed a phone number for a few weeks but had many problems: The phone number was not recognized as a genuine number (I realize that Craiglist and such could detect this but now it seems that anyone can). I used a virtual card that only allowed one billing and asked for it to be canceled. It was not cancelled and though the card could not be billed I am receiving threatening notes saying I owe. People: Please start using virtual cards, let's stop this sucker-punch automatic-forced-re-bill ripoff scheme.
