I hired Christen Washington of Seneca Sparkle Cleaning for her Bathroom cleaning special pictured…read morebelow. My bathrooms (2 full and 1 small half) hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks, which I told her in our initial messages. Christen quoted me based on her advertisement and came to clean while everyone in my house was working except for my husband who works from his home office. Below pictured are the service she promised and the after pictures of just one of the bathrooms. Christen claimed that the bathrooms were "cluttered" and required "excessive buildup" removal. Pictured is the "clutter" normal counter items including the garbage water bottle that she failed to remove and all of my items pushed to one side of my double sink as well as the basic dust and normal hair/grime removal from a few weeks of not being able to clean. There were also used qtips that fell out of the trash can and other small garbage items left on the floor under my glass (see through) scale. The list could go on and on. The mirrors are completely streaked, etc etc. I am highly dissatisfied with this service and would not recommend.

They came on Friday and cleaned my vents and I thought they did a good job. Otherwise you could…read moretell they were rushing as they said they were behind that day. I didn't notice until the following morning they had hit my car with that giant blue thing they lug around and it had pushed in my backup sensor. So now I get to hear a fun high pitched sound whenever I back up until it's fixed. I also noticed they had turned my basement breakers off and never turned them back on. My reptile room and incubator are in the basement as well. They're on timers so I didn't notice until I went to do cleaning and feedings. Thankfully they were ok. Accidents happen but they took zero responsibility when my husband called on Monday and basically called us liars. The cost to fix my sensor is more than what we were charged for the service, so I'd say they're not worth it. The person that hit it knows they hit it and chose to not say anything at the time and then chose to straight up lie about it. Find a more honest company when choosing a place that has to come inside your home. One that accepts their employees don't walk on water and accidents happen. Instead of blaming your customers.
