I ordered the charcuterie board and it had a couple of hummus scoops and a beef stick and this scoop of stuff that was way too rich for me with pieces of butter in it, but the Germans love it. Their pretzels are served warm and fresh with a firm exterior and an interior that melts as it enters one's mouth. The soup is flavorful and healthy with not even a drop of oil pooling to the top. The schnitzel is as tender as it gets. The servers were knowledgeable and fast but it is always so busy that the restaurant should consider increasing staff as to improve customer service. The coffee was okay, and there was a cookie we tried that was decent but unremarkable. The chocolate croissant was outstanding, with both a chocolate dip on the outside and a chocolate filling. But what had us going back to pick up some gifts on our way home was the cookie assortment! It's a great variety of remarkable small cookies, all of which I love on their own, but really stand out when mixed together. They even have a gluten free tray.
