Breakfast taco

I was enticed by the smell wafting through the air! Incredible! I was super excited to try the food. I ordered a breakfast taco with the thought that I was definitely coming back for lunch. However, I paid $3.00 for this TINY taco. It tastes good even though there's hardly anything to it. I'm not sure I will be going back to get lunch if this is the typical serving size for the price. I want to add that the man at the front was super nice!

First torta experience. Overall, it was tasty food. Just honestly confused about some things. Pretty affordable but honestly thought the torta itself was kinda small. Like I was definitely not full afterwards. Maybe it was because I ordered the birria torta but it honesty came out kinda soggy even without dipping it into the consume. It was just super wet, but it was juicy so maybe a good thing? Idk man just super confused but it was pretty good idk if I would go out of my way to try it again though.

Tacoooo Tuesday! Don't tacos always taste better on Tuesdays? It was cold and rainy so I had tacos delivered Uber Eats, and it hit the spot! I went with the Birria Taco plate and a Chicken Street taco. They don't skimp on the meat serving. The street tacos come with your choice of red or green sauce. Green sauce was flavorful and a nice compliment to the chicken. The birria taco plate comes with 4 tacos and consumme sauce. Surprisingly the birria tacos had a nice spice to it which I was a big fan of. Overall 4.5 and Tortas DF definitely hit the spot on a Tuesday.

Birria pizza

My husband and I discovered this place about a year ago and MAN is it so so good! The birria tacos are my go to, and the birria torta. I also highly recommend the birria pizza, and the horchata. This place never misses. We've even ordered breakfast here a few times and it is so good.

Absolutely the best tortas in DFW. If you blink you'll miss this place! But it is worth stopping in for.

I came here strictly for the birra tacos and they were a 10/10. I have been thinking about these tacos since I left. I wouldn't definitely come back. I scarfed it down so fast. trust me . I can't wait to come backkk. Ps. It doesn't usually come with 6 tacos I was being a big back and got extra only comes with 4

The service was great and so was the food! The vibe of the restaurant feels very welcoming. 9/10 recommend:))

Always delicious! Siempre delicioso!…read more Love everything on the menu and I can never decide what I want. But can never go wrong with the taco plate and flautas!

The lady was really nice and pleasant and helped a couple gringos order dinner. :) Tried their street tacos and had a barbacoa, pastor, and carnitas. It came with rice and beans. May have been an off night. But I can't say that anything was awesome or would I would consider GOOD. It was just kinda meh. The barbacoa had a lot of grease, which I would expect to be very flavorful. It was somewhat bland. The pastor was really dry and probably my least favorite. It may have just been in the warmer all day or something. The carnitas wasn't bad. It was tender and the best flavor. Their salas were good. The green didn't have any heat to it and had a pleasant taste. The red one had a nice flavor but made me sweat a bit. The rice was light, fluffy and tasted food. The beans were beans... not a ton of flavor could've used some salt. Decent dining experience. It's in an older gas station. Not the cleanest place (not the taqueria's fault), but it wasn't nasty. Won't swear this place off, but not in a rush to go back. Service was fast and friendly. May have been an off night for them. There are worse places to eat.... We supported a small business, if nothing else. :)

I caused my _own_ disappointment by expecting the same amazing, meaty fajita nachos I used to get a few years ago, even though I've been ordering them while they've steadily declined. I kept saying I'm done. Saturday, I _really_ felt it. I'm going to have haul out the grill and make the meaty, substantial nachos I miss myself. My husband and I paid $18 for very average nachos with little bits of meat, smears of beans and some cheese on them, teeny 1.5 tablespoon scoops of guacamole, sour cream and pico, paid another $2 for about 15 chips and a little salsa on the SIDE (since it's no longer included), one drink, and a few bucks on the table for the waiter. About $25. Sadly, we're all becoming accustomed to paying more and more for less and less. No real shade on you, Martinez, I'm sure you're feeling the pinch. I sure do miss your nachos, though. You just can't go out anymore unless you're desperate.

Rice and beans were very good, chips were great, the salsa was good but it wasn't spicy at all so if you like spicy salsa I would skip this one. There's a soda machine as well as bottled drinks in coolers. It's a very casual, relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I stopped in to try a new place. It was clean and comfortable. He ordered the 3 chicken taco combo with refried beans and chips and salsa. I ordered the barbacoa tacos with black beans and chips and salsa. My husband's order was incorrect when they brought it out, as he was given rice instead of refried beans. He kept it and we shared his rice and my black beans. The individual servings are big, so plenty for 2 people anyway. The chips are a huge serving also, but the salsa is in a smallish container. My husband really enjoyed his food. Honestly, I didn't like the barbacoa, so I just took it out of the tortillas and ate them by themselves. The barbacoa was very strong and had a wild meat taste to me. There was a TON of barbacoa in the tortillas. A TON. I still gave the food 4 stars because I'm sure many people would enjoy the barbacoa. The chips and salsa were so-so. We cleaned up our own table, put the trash in the bin, and sat our trays on top. Easy peasy.

I had the chicken sour cream enchiladas, and as someone who considers themselves a bit of a connoisseur, I'd rate them a solid 5/5--something I rarely give! My husband had the beef enchiladas and couldn't stop talking about how great the chili sauce was. He even said the rice was good... and he doesn't even like rice!
