Even the security guard smiles and takes the time to open the door to greet you. Depending on the time of day, a line can form to get in. My favorite pieces to get are the spaghetti strap tank tops and PJ shorts. I also like visiting Brand Melville in different states for their logo city tees. Finally got one that says Philly and I plan to get one in Tucson later this summer when I visit my son. I am kicking myself for not getting one in Hong Kong. I only found out that they have a 4-level Flagship store in Causeway Bay when I came back home to the states. Just be careful to inspect the clothes carefully because I picked up 5 of the same blouses before I found a good one (others were stained, ripped, or had seams coming apart). Material of the clothes does feel a little cheap, and prices are just ok. Personally, I'd prefer getting better made clothing at Macy's & using their coupons for a better deal. The staff actually writes your name on a wipeboard outside of your fitting room and is attentive and friendly without pushing sales. There was another girl in the dressing room looking for an outfit that I ended up chatting with and even recommending a dress for when we were coming out into the common area to look in the larger mirror. I went in looking for a dress and left with two - both onsale - and I know when the winter pounds come off they're both cut so well they're still going to look great! Again we walked in the door we was not greeted when we came in, the closer I got to the register and my wife was looking for some outfits I notice the lady had her head down and texting on the phone when did we start not greeting customers oh you know what in the age of social media and texting there is no customer service. You might ask so why do we come back to the store I asked myself the same question but my wife wanted to find something so we took a trip here, and again the same lady sitting down and I asked him do we need anything and she finally get up and want to do some work now but still she still talking on the phone not asked a nobody do they need any help. It's a pretty small store and on a Monday we were some of the only people in there. First floor is mother-of-the-bride type stuff in one room, communion and flower girl dresses in another, and prom dresses upstairs. The MOB side is a mix of kinda dowdy and really flashy. The woman was pretty helpful, although she had only been working there for a few weeks. Mom tried on a bunch of things and didn't find much that she was interested in. There were about 3 styles that she thought she would like and just as we were about to create a file a friend of the sales woman came in and she went up to the prom floor with her and sent someone else down to finish the little bit of paperwork...which felt like a brush off.

My consultant, Shana, was wonderful from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, and truly took into consideration what I liked/disliked about each dress. All wedding attire is located upstairs. It's a semi-private area that is shared with other future bride(s) and their guests. I brought along my four bridesmaids who were all given dry erase boards to write what they liked about each dress- which honestly was great for my confidence and added fun to the experience! Even though the area was being shared with another bride and her consultant, I felt like we had plenty of space and privacy. I tried on a total of ten dresses, but I was really torn between two of them on which I liked the best. Shana ended up bringing me one more dress that was a mix between the two. It was perfect. She brought me a veil to try with the dress and I had the storybook moment where all the emotions hit me at once. I never once felt pressured to purchase anything and I didn't feel rushed at all during my appointment. Turns out, the dress I selected was part of a trunk sale where I got 10% off too! Felt as though my stylist made no effort to have personal connection and just tried to make a sale without allowing my family and I to discuss things we liked about each dress to help find the perfect one. Was glad this wasn't my first store or else I would've been very discouraged as a bride. Bridal shopping should be joyous not stressful. The changing room was off of a tight hallway and where multiple brides dresses were hanging so I felt crammed on my many rushed trips to and from my groups room and the changing stalls.
