I bought a pair of black Fenini Overalls. $189.00 price point, for an event last weekend. I was so happy. Cindy was fantastic and was the one that hung them in my dressing room for me to try. I got the overalls out of the bag the day of my event, and I noticed a big stain. it wasn't detectable in the light, but it was there. I messaged Twist. This is where it went south. I received a message that said basically that they weren't stained when I left the store. But to wash the overalls in cold, dry 10 minutes and then hang dry. I did. The stain was obviously a flaw in the fabric. I followed the instructions they gave me and the stain remained. Then the owner Trish called and told me to bring them back and that she herself would remove the stain. she made it very clear that she thought that I was lying. I returned the overalls for her to remove the stain. She couldn't. She said that she called Fenini and that they didn't have the overalls in my size. Trish also told me the owner of Fenini said that she had never seen this and that they weren't shipped to Twist that way. Indicating again that I was a liar. She apologized for all of the inconvenience. She said that she could discount the overalls for me, or give me a refund. I messaged that I would take the refund and anything else that she could offer for all of the inconvenience. I called today and I am getting a refund. Needless to say that I am mourning the loss of the beautiful products and happy, caring salespeople like Cindy. However, that being said, I cannot continue to shop here after the slap in the face from Trish. She indicated that I was a liar. When I worked in retail, the CUSTOMER always came first and was always right. I will stick with my boutique, Maggie and Me, in Michigan. Oh, and for you ladies that can't afford the price of the jewelry at Twist. They have that same jewelry in Waupaca for half the price. Shame on you Trish. I was an incredible customer.

We made no demands, just simply made a request. We knew it was a long shot, but figured we would ask. We would have been okay with confirmation of the no return policy, but the owner was nothing but rude and condescending. She went so far as requesting the shirt be tried on and strung us along. She could have politely stated the policy and left it at that. Furthermore, we would have shopped and would have purchased an expensive dress! I have shopped at this store frequently and was well prepared to do so again. I will never again recommend, bring my friends and family here, or myself shop. I had been willing to spend a bit more to shop local, but I refuse to do so when having to endure an arrogant, snooty, sarcastic attitude. It's too bad the owner cannot not accept feedback, becomes defensive, and continues to treat people disrespectfully. Response: my review is as complete as it needs to be. You clearly don't care to understand or improve. As stated, the return was not the issue as we did not expect it. We just thought we would ask. She told me they did not have any dresses in the store. She told me she didn't know anything about that, and then sent me over to the other woman at the counter to get assistance. That lady was very busy opening a box of chocolates, setting them out and eating them. Finally, after a period of time, she walked behind the counter and said what is it you want? I told her that I was looking for the specific dress and was hoping I could order it. I asked her how long it would take to be shipped, I told her that I needed it by Wednesday of the following week. She seemed very put out, and annoyed by my request. She took, and ate another piece of chocolate, and with a mouthful she said "yeah, we tell people it's gonna take like 8 to 10 days to have anything delivered ". I was very off putt. The other woman there told me I should go to either Macy's or White House Black market. I did go to both of those stores. I found a dress that I liked but didn't love and purchased it. Then I decided to just sit down in the lounge area of the mall and go on your website. I ordered the dress, and chose next day delivery. It seems I will have the dress delivered by Tuesday of the week I needed it. I have never had a truly negative experience at any of your stores until today. I do hope the dress is delivered in time, and I'm sure it will be lovely. These two women do not know or understand customer service.

I happened to come across the dress on the Roxanne's Runway website, so I called in about it. The owner picked up wight away and she answered all of my questions. I was purchasing this dress for the surprise wedding that we had for our parents in December 2016. I had a ton of questions because I was not able to try the dress on, and the owner was great with telling me how to take my measurements to be sure that I was getting the correct size for alterations, etc. This was all over the phone, so I was grateful she took the time! I ordered the dress and it was in my hands 4 days later. It was beautifully wrapped and flawless. The dress itself needed a lot of extra work to fit me, but that was all up to the seamstress here in California :) Huge thank you the Roxanne's Runway for getting me this beautiful dress for our wedding day!
