First of all, I have been a loyal customer of Twist since I discovered it when I moved to Wisconsin. It has been a 5 year fantastic relationship, so I thought. I bought a pair of black Fenini Overalls. $189.00 price point, for an event last weekend. I was so happy. Cindy was fantastic and was the one that hung them in my dressing room for me to try. I got the overalls out of the bag the day of my event, and I noticed a big stain. it wasn't detectable in the light, but it was there. I messaged Twist. This is where it went south. I received a message that said basically that they weren't stained when I left the store. But to wash the overalls in cold, dry 10 minutes and then hang dry. I did. The stain was obviously a flaw in the fabric. I followed the instructions they gave me and the stain remained. Then the owner Trish called and told me to bring them back and that she herself would remove the stain. she made it very clear that she thought that I was lying. I returned the overalls for her to remove the stain. She couldn't. She said that she called Fenini and that they didn't have the overalls in my size. Trish also told me the owner of Fenini said that she had never seen this and that they weren't shipped to Twist that way. Indicating again that I was a liar. She apologized for all of the inconvenience. She said that she could discount the overalls for me, or give me a refund. I messaged that I would take the refund and anything else that she could offer for all of the inconvenience. I called today and I am getting a refund. Needless to say that I am mourning the loss of the beautiful products and happy, caring salespeople like Cindy. However, that being said, I cannot continue to shop here after the slap in the face from Trish. She indicated that I was a liar. When I worked in retail, the CUSTOMER always came first and was always right. I will stick with my boutique, Maggie and Me, in Michigan. Oh, and for you ladies that can't afford the price of the jewelry at Twist. They have that same jewelry in Waupaca for half the price. Shame on you Trish. I was an incredible customer. read more

I ran into the store with a fashion emergency as I was headed to a fundraiser; the women in the store realized around and found the perfect item to Complete my outfit; friendly, experts in their inventory, as well as a sensational sense of style. I absolutely LOVE going to Twist boutique! Trish, Sue, and Cathy always provide a unique, personal shopping experience to help me find what I am looking for. The store has mastered buying fashion-forward clothing for all age ranges - There are always pieces that both my mom and I love. Today, I went into the store and saw their spring line has landed...It comes with soft materials, fun patterns, and core basics we all need in our wardrobe. I was able to try on multiple pieces and get honest opinions from the associates, which made me feel like the women truly know what I'm looking for and never pressure me to purchase. I ended up leaving the store with outfits for my upcoming vacation! Aside from the experience, the garments are durable and come with the highest quality materials (most of their items are USA made). I truly cannot say enough positive things about Twist boutique. My sister and I shopped at Twist Boutique for the first time this afternoon. Wow....it was so much bigger than I had expected! The store is clean and had all the safety precautions in place (masks on, hand sanitizer available). We were the only customers at the time and LouAnn felt like our personal shopping consultant. Now just called Twist, this place is a little boutique shop within the Bay Park Mall area. It boosts a lot of hand-made and fair-trade products. My family from out of town LOVED shopping here. Definitely worth stopping by! read more

An unfortunate "Twist" on my Birthday... At around 5 pm on my birthday, I visited Green Bay to see my dear friend and do some shopping. We visited Twist Boutique because my friend is a loyal customer and we love their merchandise. After a couple of hours of retail therapy, we were excited to ring it all up and head home. While my friend made her rather large purchase, I checked out some trinkets on display near the register. As we began my even larger transaction the owner, Trish Bosman, suddenly informed me that the registers were no longer working. Weird, I thought... but my friend and I were having so much fun it didn't matter while the staff spent the next 20 minutes in the back room "fixing" the registers. When they came back out, saying the registers were "fixed," I noticed 3 police officers approaching. Again, I thought, "That's weird. Hope everything's OK." To my horror, they approached and told me I stole 3 things from the store and hid them in my purse.. I thought, okay is this some weird "Punked" episode?? No, these officers were deadly serious. If you follow current events, you understand how dangerous this situation could have become for me, an African American. From there, the experience was completely surreal: I was interrogated, searched, required to surrender my identification, "called in", detained and demeaned by the store staff and 3 Ashwaubenon police officers. After "clearing me" the episode ended with Trish Bosman standing by while one of her staff stated she would not do anything differently. Why am I telling you this story? Because the store made a mess of what should have been a pleasant shopping experience and demonstrated clear bias toward me. What I learned is that this can happen to anybody. If Twist is aiming to deliver on their mission ("At Twist Boutique, you will leave feeling good about your shopping experience"), they failed miserably. Please consider this episode when making your future shopping decisions. I deserve to live my life without people calling the police! read more

This is a great little find. Purchased 2 2am tops in beautiful colors - made in the USA. Trish is the designer of the tops. They are bra friendly and cover up what I want to cover up - I'll come back for more clothes the next time I'm in Green Bay. read more

Went to purchase face masks here (I do love their masks), but when I entered I noticed the owner herself wasn't wearing a mask, and didn't put one on for the entirety of the time I was in the store. There is a sign on the front door indicating that face masks are required while in the store, so I would assume that should apply to employees as well. read more

They have fashion for all sizes (extended sizes too!) - and just about every time I wear an outfit from Twist, people ask about where I shop (I even had a random person in the grocery store as me!). Just discovered "Twist Boutique" and am wild about this place! Fabulously, fun clothing that's well made, albeit, a tad pricey. Anne and Linda were most helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and very forthcoming with honest opinions when I asked for them and never pesky.
