I was in a bind due to the fact that a pair of shoes I ordered online for a wedding did not fit. With all of the stores in Illinois closed due to COVID-19, this store located in Davenport, Iowa was the next closest option to drive to and exchange these shoes. However, I live 2 hours away. Assistant manager Wendell and Store manager Jan went above and beyond to help me out and mail the shoes to me so I didn't have to make the 2 hour drive. I took a photo of the tags to look online for a smaller size. I found the identical top (Democracy) at VonMaur. The msrp tag was $42.00; it was not a marked down price! The msrp price was removed from the manufacturer tag at Four Seasons. Their own tag had the $61.00 price on the top. Maybe they do this with all items so when they mark them down you'll just be paying the msrp price??

The worst offense today was the fact i folded all 11 tops and handed them to the cashier. She scooped them up and TOSSeD them in the bag in a rumpled mess nor did she thank me for shopping.
