Loved everything but I changed my mind about one shirt and decided to change when I was back. A week later went to the store to change without the receipt, thinking to change for another shirt, and for my surprise after talking to the cashier and leaving the shirt at the cashier and trying other clothes another older blonde lady told me I couldn't change bc I did not had the receipt . The store is always empty and the shirt was perfect with all the labels. Never buying again at Mango at The Falls , their manager or cashier needs to learn to treat customer . The 2 starts I just leave because the young sales people were very nice and polite unfortunately the older blonde lady is the one that needs more training to work in a store. Anyways they lost a good customer .

Thankfully at Soma Intimates, I didn't have to go through any frustration. As I entered, I was greeted by a sales associate, Susan, who asked if I needed any assistance...I really did. I explained to Ms. Susan that I needed a bra that was comfortable to wear and also gives lift and support. Ms. Susan took my measurements and took me to the fitting room where she then brought three different styles to try on. All three were nice, but they were very tight. Ms. Susan checked on me in a timely manner to find out if the bras were to my liking. She was very knowledgeable about how the different styles were supposed to fit my body and with every style that she brought me to try, I understood what she was talking about. After trying more than five different styles, Ms. Susan suggested going up a size and I finally found two that fit me nicely...was comfortable, kept my girls in place, and gave me a rounded shape under my shirt. I really appreciated Ms. Susan's patience while I decided which ones I liked. I noticed all the sales associates treated every customer in the same manner, which was satisfying. Prices range from $60 and up. I didn't get the chance to explore the whole store, but I saw that they also offered various styles of panties, sleepwear, and dresses. I got $20 deducted off my purchase after signing up for their rewards program. I look forward to returning. I saw some panties and pajama short sets that caught my eye, and little by little will get some more bras in different styles and colors.

I would've given them more stars in this review if they still carried plus-sizes, but they pulled them from their stores a few years ago. I still stop in every once in a while when I'm down in FL visiting just to see if they've put them back into the store, but no such luck. What you can find here: cheap knock-offs of urban contemporary clothing brands such as Baby Phat, Apple Bottom, Ed Hardy, etc., done in really cheesy ways. I mean, they have absolutely NO shame here about carrying knock offs!!! But, this is why people shop here: trendy-ish clothing for super-cheap, even if it falls apart after one washing.
