It's quite difficult to handle without any damages but these movers were really experts handling heavy furniture in a very secure manner. They got the best workers whom you can trust to take good care of your stuffs. I think those men can do impossible things. As I called them to ask for assistance to move my stuff they were very helpful from the moment I called them. Actually when I called them I'm in a tight budget but they try to help me and they do the job within my budget and it was my first time to use a moving company to help me out with my problems. After they gave me the estimate I was surprised of what they gave was a cheap and affordable rates and that's one of the reason why I have to hire them for my move. On the day of the move, they came to my condo unit to check my room and had a few conversation and then they started to do the job. Their men works really hard and so fast and they do the packing in just 3 hours with heavy furniture then after they moved all my stuff going to sixth floor and using only the stairs and they finished the whole move in just 7 hours that includes packing and moving using only stairs and they also helped me rearranged my stuff. It was the best service and great assistance. I will used them again for the future moved. I would definitely recommend them to anybody..

While their 4-star rating suggested a high standard until I read reviews from other review sites, my recent experience unfortunately highlighted a concerning absence of professionalism and proficiency. JT has an expletive mouth and attitude. In no uncertain terms, he told me to take down my review. I did for a while, but I will not have someone tell me what I can or cannot do! Having undergone numerous relocations, I have not previously encountered such a shortfall in packing quality--no blankets for furniture or mats on our plank flooring (which we requested). They literally threw our cutlery in the box without wrapping them and broke my canister set, among other things. To be more specific, items were not sufficiently wrapped or secured with tape, and the packing of the kitchen, storage room, and bedrooms was left unfinished. Upon the delivery of my belongings, several pieces of furniture were damaged, exhibiting scratches, dings, and a broken nightstand. Additionally, the bed was assembled incorrectly, which required us to call the store from where we purchased the bed and have them rebuild it. Not only that, but garbage spilling from the paper shredder created a considerable mess in the office area. I was quite dismayed when our request for them to return and complete the work was met with laughter and a statement that an additional charge would be incurred. One might expect a greater degree of accommodation if they wish to cultivate returning clientele. I would kindly advise anyone who encounters their website to continue their search.

WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! WARNING - AVOID THIS COMPANY. If…read moreI could give a rating below zero, I would. This has been the worst moving experience I have ever encountered. The movers took an entire day--approximately eight hours--to move a one‑bedroom condo. They arrived more than an hour late and attributed the delay to travelling from Surrey, which is not an acceptable excuse; travel time should be factored into their scheduling. I had hired three movers, yet throughout the day I repeatedly saw all three standing by their truck chatting instead of working. When they finally arrived at my new residence, their approach was extremely inefficient, moving items one piece at a time. Even the building concierge, who sees countless moves, commented--unsolicited--that this was the worst moving team she had ever observed. I was concerned that they were trying to extend the job to inflate the billable hours. Unfortunately, I may have been correct, as I was then overcharged by $541.80 and they refused to issue a refund. I proceeded to file a claim with the Civil Resolution Tribunal (see snipit of my ruling), which ruled in my favour. I sent a demand letter demanding payment by March 17, 2026, but received no response. I will now be forced to pursue further court enforcement to recover the amount owed pursuant to the Civil Resolution tribunal ruling.

A team of 4 showed up on moving day about 15 minutes earlier than our booked time slot - we were WOWED. The team was great and took exceptional care in moving my belongings. They disassembled beds, office furniture etc..... and assured me they would re-assemble at new home. A week out from move-in day, I asked the sales rep if I could have same crew move me in to new home - but they could not accommodate. Moving day arrives.... I had 7 people (family and friends) arrive at 8:00am to help with the move......I was told (via email almost one week prior) that crew would arrive between 8:30 and 9:30am. That time frame came and went. I called Western Moving at 9:40am looking for answers and their voicemail states they are closed..... so I left 3 messages on different department voicemails about the "no-show" in our time slot. At 10:30am I receive a phone call from someone who works for the company - not my sales person - stating that the drivers have been delayed. Delayed how??? I'm the first move of the day!!! This person stated that I should have received a call earlier from my sales rep to let me know they would be delayed. Any phone call would have been great...... the day before - or even the morning of delivery... LONG before my drop-off time. Instead I have 7 people (2 of which took the day off of work) waiting when they could have stayed home with their families. The crew of 3 showed up shortly after 11:00am. No apologies made. Unload time was 4 hours. The crew was surprised about having to put together the beds, office furniture etc....... All those details were part of the contract we signed. Whatever they took apart at one end was to be put back together at the other end. They put together everything we asked - but were not aware that was the case prior to arriving. There is ZERO communication within the company. I was the one who reached out to them to find out about timing of delivery drop off. I reached out to them for answers on their no-show. ZERO communication from the driver(s). They were apologetic after the fact ..... that doesn't do anything for those 7 people who stood around waiting for a truck that was 2 1/2 hours late. Western was not the lowest quote I received - nor was it the highest - but on the recommendation of others who have used them in the past, I went with them. My advice........Insist you have contact information (cell #'s) in the days prior to your move in. You should have sales reps, dispatch and delivery driver contact information in the event something goes sideways..... There should also be an after-hours # on their voicemail for instances such as this.
