I waited patiently as the clerks served people at the other check out tills until it made no sense as to why I was being completely ignored. When I asked, I was told I had to wit in the check out line as opposed to wait at the pick up sign. Bad policy. There is not advantage to purchasing on line in this scenario. I've already paid so should just be able to pick up. Makes no sense. Incidentally it was the store manager that completely ignored me while she continued to serve new check out customers. I suggest you shop elsewhere. This store has poor customer service. The product I purchased was half the price on amazon but I thought I could preorder and pick up quicker. Not the case.

They didn't even give me a receipt and I ran back into the store later and spoke to the manager Ari and he was utterly rude and obnoxious trying to justify the ridiculous cost of printing 2 pages and the amount of the time that associate had been spending with me which was less than a minute. It's absolutely a total rip off. I would never ever go back there anymore.

But I like this staples because it usually isn't crazy busy & has a good selection. The staff have always been helpful & friendly when I've come here so I have no complaints. I recently bought some art supplies here. They carry a good quality acrylic paint brand that I like. I hope this location doesn't close!

Note: If you need to make a same day print or next day print, Staples absolutely cannot print…read moreborderless, which was quite annoying for the type of printing I needed. I just end up going home and slicing the edges myself. They also can't do it for postcard prints as well if you want it same day or next day print (even if your doc is set with crop lines to bleed to edge) It could only be borderless, if it's scheduled in advance I think at least 3 days in advance. Why can't they have that feature automated truly beats me. They have the capability but can't execute if it's printed in house. By the way the bill was like $80 for 35 letter size double sided colour flyers. Quite expensive for same day print and also can't even print to the edge. If anyone knows an affordable print shop nearby that can offer same day borderless print, reach out!

I usually just order most of my office needs over the Internet using their website.. but this particular day I decided to pop in the store since I just want to pick up something small.. and I need it right away!! This Staples is set up a little different than the ones I usually frequent, so it took me awhile to find what I need...... no associates came over and asked if I need any help... Ended up I went to the Dollarama next door and got a cheap small calculators for $2 instead of $8 at Staples. I think I will just stay with website browsing for the time being!

And the costs are rather outrageous if you ask me! Along came this company in Whitby, ont that will refill your inkjet cartridges empties for a small portion of what you would pay to get a brand new one. PLUS you don't have to throw out the empty cartridge, thus reducing unnecessary waste! I had 10 cartridges to refilled today...6 blacks and 4 colored ones... to purchase brand new ones...id say i would easily spend $120-$150. I paid less than $75 to get them refilled here. Only took 1 hour... and it being in such a great area full of shops and places to eat or sip coffee, the 60 minute wait was nothing! Now, do me a favor, tell all your friends about this place. We need to help our fellow yelpers on saving money and our mother earth by reducing waste! they also sell high quality new compatible inkjet / toner cartridges for much cheaper as well as other business services! ps... please note, when u enter the place, .just a lot of printers/ink & toners stocked up .you will find a very diligent male person by the name of Chris working away and he is very nice. just busy working. =)
