They come on a regular basis on time, when they are scheduled, and give us good information about our lawn; they provide services and suggest applications that will help maintain our lawn and correct some inevitable problems we have living near a wooded area. We get compliments on our lawn, so it is well worth the price--which is very reasonable, by the way. In response to anyone who has been not completely satisfied, it does take about 2-3 years for a damaged lawn to right itself using the correct applications. Ours has turned out well. Their zero turn keeps ripping up large chunk of grass along with soil, creating holes everywhere in my lawn. When I called them, they blame it on me. They said either I created the holes myself or i just like to complain. The owners refuse to come out to see what happened. The next week I caught the mower red-handed when he just ripped up another hole. I called the owners and fired them immediately. They said again that I am just a complainer and it's not their fault. The owner further said that people like me would never get satisfied. I couldn't believe my ears. I have contractors whom I hired from 10 years ago who are still with me. This company will never own up to their mistakes. I ended up spending $200 buying seeds and soil to fix all the holes they created.

It was so bad I needed to call many times to have them cut my lawn. I assume the job was too small . On occasion they could not find parking and just rode by. I disagree with the last review .If he took pride in his work he would of been better with his customer service. I emailed him to see if he was coming back in early December and he did not respond till today(After several emails) that he would not be servicing my lawn . No reason just a rude response. I was replacing him after last year anyway. But be aware.
