Before, she was my grandmothers dog and every time she went in the car it meant either the vets or groomers. Now it means visiting family or the park. I didn't want to damage the progress I've made with her over the past 2 months. Shes been through a lot already with her previous owner passing and moving to a new house in a new town. Bella made things much easier. She called ahead, let me know the time of her arrival and of any possible delays. She was nice, easy to talk to, and understood our wants and needs. She set up shop in her cute little trailer right in front of my house and had patches in and out in an hour. This included a bath and a trim on her hair and nails. She managed to get those pesky hairs around Patches mouth, and trim her nails regardless of her extremely long quicks. She explained to me that the quicks would shorten over time with regular appointments and the use of her dremel, which is great news. The best part was that Patches wasn't stressed or panicked in any way and was able to go straight home and back to her daily life as a pampered baby. After a treat and a snack she is now taking her afternoon nap. We will definitely be using Bella Pooches for all of our grooming needs. Thank you!

I approached her she did not say anything to me at all until I asked her about what a neighbor heard from my shitzu as she was getting her out of ch my apartment in her crate. I would highly recommend her as she does an excellent job with their cuts as well as nail trimming and cleaning. She loves what she does and our dogs love her too!
