I stayed at the New World Hotel with my parents and walked across to Greenbelt. My dad is somewhat picky when he orders, and he especially does not like spicy food. He wanted ribs but they were prepared in a habanero sauce. He asked to tone it down. He and I were happily surprised that they were mild, flavorful, and fork tender.
My mom ordered the Chicago Steak sandwich, and she ate almost everything, which rarely happens.
I ordered the deep fried salmon & cream cheese sushi roll and the soft shell crab salad. I thoroughly enjoyed the crab. It was well-prepared, and I don't think I ever found that in the US.
Due to the tasty food, location, service, and great price ($32 when converting from pesos), I give it 5 starts. I look forward to returning when I come back to the Philippines. read more
