The cottage was dirty - hair/ dirt in tub, mouse droppings in cupboards, filthy carpets, ripped screens, fridge that wouldn't keep food cold( missing seal), insufficient dishes,cutlery,glasses, intermittent water for showers, cobwebs, greasy windows....... As well the waterfront was a disappointment- very shallow, weedy, leeches. We won't return and caution anyone considering this resort.

The cottage has all dishes and cookware and linens available for your stay. The only down side is no WiFi or cell phone service so prepare to disconnect from your devices.

The cottages all have private decks, new barbecues, and a view of Doe Lake. The water is great for swimming. There were toys for the kids. There is a good-sized deck and chairs by the water. There is also a boat house with ping-pong, shuffleboard, cards, games, etc. There are also 2 floating docks with a slide. After staying last minute for 2 nights, we know we're going to come back next summer...and we're bringing family and friends to stay with us.
