Then I decided to buy a used acoustic grand piano. it was between Steinway & Sons and Kawai. Dave suggested a Boston 6' 4" grand because it is designed by Steinway and built by Kawai. It also had a wireless PianoDisc player system in it. I was so impressed that I bought it and kept my Digital Piano as well. I use both instruments now. Dave was extremely helpful in all of this. He had a large selection of brand new and used instruments for me to choose from. He helped me fulfill a lifelong dream of mine to learn and own a quality piano.

He tuned it perfectly, too, plus he's a lovely, amiable guy. I'm thrilled. I've played piano since I was three, and this was the piano my parents had in our big old house growing up. Both of my parents were good musicians, my Dad sang in a professional chorale, and our family played and sang together during worship every Friday and Saturday evenings. We still all sing and play music together--3 generations of us now!--at our yearly family reunion. I'm a retired opera singer, and my piano means the world to me. I'm so grateful and feel so lucky to have been given the Ierna Piano Tuning and repairs company name and phone number. They are exceptional! An enthusiastic five stars from me!

This kid go to practice dance lesson, this one go to music lesson and the other go to painting practice. And the mom go to drink a coffee in the studio cafe while waiting for the kid. In fact, the patents can drop off the kid and go shopping. The studio has some music instruments for sale. With internet ordering that is so convenient, not many people want to make a deal through actual music store anymore. I would encourage you visit them and keep the store open. This studio has other edge with the bistro cafe, music lesson, art class, dance lesson to attract more people. It has it way to thrive their business without all egg in one basket. I applause the new concept.

I looked around, testing different instruments, one of the many things you can do there. They allow you to play tons of them, for example a guitar or piano. I didn't really want to learn how to play an instrument, so as I was walking around strumming a ukulele or playing a piano (terribly, may I add), I was wondering if there was anything that I would want to learn about. Well, a girl who worked there named Shannon had been talking to me and my family about instruments and lessons, and she told us there were art classes that I could take. She even showed us the art studio, which had tons of paintings and pieces of art that the teachers had made, and boy, was I amazed. I made up my mind that I wanted to take art classes. The other people who worked there were friendly as well and the store itself was very clean and I look forward to going back. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

On the day of the move, I didn't see anybody after half an hour that they were supposed to be here. I called the owner and basically he was trying to figure out the appointment, then admitted that there was a mistake and they were going to send the crew. We waited for a couple of hours and didn't get a call or respond. When I called again, he said he could send someone later afternoon or give me a discount if I want to reschedule for a day after. Thankfully I wasn't time-rushed so I pushed back. What really bothered me was that the owner gave me an excuse after all this saying that his brother tried to give me a call the day before and it went to the voicemail; when I actually received no phone calls the day before whatsoever. I would have been okay with a simple apology and discount that was offered but that excuse totally gave it away. The next day, the movers came and they were professional and did a great job. They were quick, friendly, and very courteous.
