Other stores couldn't help, but when I called Ace, Brett told me to bring the parts in. He went out to my car with me where I had the water feature in my trunk, took the time to match up the fittings, cut a custom piece of hose, and had my fountain working again for only $13.40. This is exactly the kind of knowledgeable, friendly service that's becoming harder to find. It's reminiscent of the old Mom and pop shops that have gotten lost in corporate America.
