The price of the food is outrageous the husband and wife are rude and the food has no flavor! Do not waste your money with them. 0 stars

If Chinese is what you want, suggest going somewhere else. Bland food, lack seasoning. Even Kung Pao isnt even spicy. Egg rolls are mush.

I eat their food often. Always fresh & very tasty. Best gravy. Other restaurants don't deliver and neither do they so don't complain.

Jin Express has been a tradition for us for years. Before we moved a couple of hours away, this was…read moreour go-to Chinese restaurant, and every time we're back in the King George area, it's one of the first places we plan to visit. The biggest draw is their unique lunch buffet. Instead of walking back for multiple plates, you get one large takeout container and fill it with whatever you want. As of our visit, it's $12.99 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, and it's still one of the better lunch deals around. While prices have increased over the years, I'm happy to say the food has remained consistently good. The reason I keep coming back is the Coconut Chicken. I've searched for this dish at other Chinese restaurants and have never found one that compares. It's breaded chicken cutlets topped with a sweet coconut sauce that's simple but incredibly addictive. If it's on the buffet, don't skip it. There are plenty of options to choose from, and the buffet was continuously being refilled throughout our visit despite a steady stream of customers. The Honey Chicken was another favorite, full of flavor, and I also really enjoyed the rice noodles. The General Tso's Chicken tasted great but definitely has a bit more kick than some restaurants, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to spice. Not everything was perfect. The fried rice and lo mein were the weakest items for me because they lacked the seasoning and flavor that the other dishes had. The cream cheese wontons were crispy, but they were mostly wrapper with very little filling. On the other hand, the pork egg rolls were delicious and had a great crunch. The dining room was clean, the buffet was well maintained, and everyone working there was friendly and efficient. We've honestly never explored much of the regular menu because the lunch buffet keeps pulling us back every visit. If you're looking for a reliable Chinese lunch spot in King George with plenty of variety and a unique buffet concept, Jin Express is absolutely worth trying. And if you're anything like me, you'll probably end up making the Coconut Chicken the first thing you grab every time.

We got a seat but everyone behind us was waiting for one to free up. I could tell it was busy when we found one of the only parking spots in the far back almost to the mall. What was going on?! I guess summer in Kilmarnock. We usually only go out on weekends in the summer so this was an eye opener. Good for them! The hostess was bizzy as she was also the flight boss for the large number of take outs going on. Once we were seated it seemed that all the frenzy was gone. The place was absolutely a Chinese restaurant and had the perfect decorations of a long established place. I love the NNK because any time I can get crab-whatever I go for it. So of course I ordered the crab wontons. No idea how much crab or krab they contained, but they were kinda tasty. I'm almost always a fried dumpling orderer, but here - I'm going to always change it up from now on. For the main meal, I went with the old staple General Tsao's Chicken because I couldn't decide. Definitely something I'll be changing off of next time. Not because I didn't enjoy it but because I want to try it out. So, was it a fantastic Chinese restaurant. Nope. Was it much better than I was expecting. Absolutely. And since it's my "home turf" I'll be going more often. Heck, I may be one of the hordes of people there next time.
