Got into Green Bay late and by the time I finished some desk work it was close to 11 p. Word-of-mouth gave me a few recommendations for late night food. When checked online those establishments stated late hours and being open past midnight. But when verifying in person, all were closed. So, I ended up at Toppers and placed an order in person. Food was hot and ready in less than thirty minutes. I made it back to my hotel a short time after. I inquired with their staff as to which specials could satiate a late hunger for two. They sold me on loaded breadsticks and an order of wings. Thankful for their input. The amount of food was perfect. (Wings were overkill) Getting to eat our loaded breadsticks while still hot was the high point. The right combination of toppings and dips is where it's at! Enjoy it while you can. In the realm of fast food pizza, Toppers is worth a try. Toppers businesses didn't do well in Illinois, so their locations closed some time ago. read more

Called twice to follow up on the late order. An hour and a half AFTER we were told the pizza would deliver the driver showed up without our pizza, we were told it would be a long time before he got back to the store to get the pizzw A refund to the card will take 3-5 days. Do not order from here! I was polite calling the store to just cancel the order and get a refund, the contact didn't even so much as offer a polite good bye. read more

Not only do they have the worst pizza in town, they woke my entire family up at midnight on a work week night, for a pizza we never ordered. Stay away from this incompetence. read more

I ordered through DoorDash. This is hands down the best pizza restaurant in the U.S. I have never had a pizza with such delicious cheese, crust and fresh toppings. I ordered a large meat topper with tall boy crust, the triple original topperstix, and lava cake frozen custard. Needless to say it was all delicious. My pizza and breadsticks were hot and fresh when delivered. If you haven't ordered from Toppers Pizza you are missing out. read more

I ordered a pizza and requested them to delver it outside of my door and to ring the doorbell. I don't know if they delivered it to the neighbors house or what, but it wasn't here. Their solution after waiting over an hour and paying for a pizza I didn't get? "Would you like to place another order?" No, I'd like the pizza I originally paid for. read more

Topperstix have to be the greatest food invention of our generation. The pizza is pretty decent, but not my favorite. Those stix tho. So many different flavor options, and a lot of dipping sauces. Stopped in to pick up my order, and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and polite. Will definitely be back when I'm in the mood for a lot of carbs read more

Topper's Pizza makes my soul happy. Topper's Sticks are as good as it gets for late-night food runs or big non-fancy events. One must remember: this is not meant to be anything more than what it is, so keep your expectation levels low. But, in terms of mass-produced pizza and other type foods, you'd be hard-pressed to find better than Topper's. read more

I ordered triple pepperoni sticks with extra cheese and a 2 L of cherry Coke. I said the correct address they told me that it would be 40 minutes. I ordered a pizza before 3am in the morning and the REGIONAL MANAGER canceled my order on me. I called her and told her the situation and she kept over running my sentences. I told her to please be respectful to your customers. Then she told me not to call Topper's pizza again. I told her to eat that free pizza. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! TRASHY and Horrible customer service. read more

I can't say how the food is because we never got it. I get that it is Monday night football in Green Bay and you're slammed, but I would expect that a pizza delivery place would anticipate a much higher volume of business and staff accordingly. I ordered a pizza at 12:28 AM and was quoted delivery at 1:08 AM. At 1:25 I called to see how much longer my order would be. After being hung up on once, on the second call I was told my order would be delivered within 30 minutes and I was the drivers 3rd stop. After waiting another 45 minutes I tried calling again and the phone line was busy. I tried calling again and again, but the phone line was still busy. I am assuming they just took the phone off the hook. So, after waiting so long, there were no other food options available. Save yourself the frustration and do not order from this place. read more

Pizza was alright! There were so many toppings and sauce that it made the pizza really soggy. I also asked for no bacon and they put bacon on anyways... read more

Absolutely one of the best pizza's I've had in quite a while! The sauce wasn't over powering. The crust was fabulous, soft and delicious. There was the perfect amount of toppings. I definitely recommend the cheesy bread at well! We ate this pizza that night and the next morning for breakfast! Definitely, a place to order from in Green Bay! read more

Good pizza, excellent service. Quick delivery. Always have AMAZING specials.. Will continue to go here while I live in Green Bay

It is typical mass chain pizza...nothing special, nothing unique. I am sure they use pretty low/cheap quality ingredients. I ordered the parmesean garlic chicken wings last night....HORRIBLE...i threw them out, and I never throw food out lol. They were soggy, and super fatty! I want to gag thinking about it now. Pretty bad since I was drunk at 3am and still couldn't stomach them. read more

Tried out the Chicken Tuscano pizza and the Smoky BBQ wings. Pizza was awesome as well as the wings. Delivery was pretty quick and the delivery person even offers plates/napkins/parmesan/red pepper at the door! Only drawback is it's a bit more expensive than other delivery pizza. However the quality is much better. Will definitely use them again. read more

We order from here at least twice a week!Even a simple pepperoni pizza is out this world but with so many specialty pizza's like the TacoTopper,MeatTopper and the HANGOVER HELPER(w/potatoes on it)to choose from, its hard to go so simple. They are famous for the topperstix,my fav is the original.A variety of tst'd Grinders, wings, quesadillas andDESERTtopperstix round out the menu.Delivery till 3am everyday and the driver carries a satchel with plates, parm, napkins ect.Never waited more than30min for delivery:) read more

Fell in love with Toppers when visiting family in Madison, and was thrilled with Green Bay got one. Love the nontraditional pizzas and the myzas are the perfect size. Pizza arrived burned and cold. The delivery guy was very nice and friendly but don't think I'll be having a pizza delivered again.

I love toppers pizza, i usually get the same order every time, and i have never had a taste diversion. On a more positive note, they do have some lovely delivery drivers....and Cole at the store is awesome. read more

The food is great, it really is. There's a very wide selection of crazy pizzas that (most of them) are all very good. But the problem is that the service flat out sucks. Case in point: I got home from work one night, I was starving but didn't want to cook. So I ordered (whatever was the Topper's version of) a meat lover's pizza. I waited the usual 45 min, and I tipped the driver well as usual. I brought the pizza in, and without even looking at it first, I grabbed a slice and took a bite because I was so famished. It tasted tangy and fruity. I opened the box and looked at it, and it was some crazy Hawaiian pizza, with Canadian bacon and pineapple. It wasn't bad, but it just wasn't what I ordered. I called the restaurant, and called them out for their mistake. The guy over the phone offered me a 50% off coupon... Most days I wouldn't accept having to pay for something I didn't order in the first place (and let's not kid ourselves, ordering a pizza from Topper's isn't cheap...), but I just didn't feel like arguing. I humbly accepted the coupon. The man said he'd get the coupon in the mail to me right away. This was back in August of 2015. I still haven't seen the coupon. read more

If a restaurant tells a paying customer that they "cannot" serve you complimentary water but then hands you a plastic cup and tells you to fill it up in the bathroom sink, what shall you say about the restaurant? 02/16/18 6:15 pm. I hope the health department reads this. read more

My mom and I had never had Toppers before, but my boyfriend said it was good the one time he'd tried it. I think he was eating pizza from somewhere else and got confused, because this was one of the worst pizza experiences we've ever had. The sausage pizza was severely overcooked and had almost no cheese on it. The Big Topper had enough ingredients, but had been mishandled so badly the toppings had slid severely to one side and all over that side of the box. The Topperstix were good... once we heated them up. They were the first thing we tried, so they hadn't been sitting long at all once we got them and they were barely lukewarm and dry. $40 for junk. My boyfriend tipped the driver $10, but if he'd seen the order before paying for it we would have refused it and ordered elsewhere. read more

If I can give this place a zero star I would! Worst customer service ever! I had ordered a maui pizza here and even spoke with the member of management. No where on it does it state "bbq" sauce they didnt even give me an option to have pizza sauce on it! On top of that the manager was extremely rude even though I was kindly asking! If I knew this place had such crap reviews after looking it up! I would have never ordered from this place and wasted my money! Go to pizza hut or papa johns and dont waste your time ordering pizza from this place! I even told the manager it was my first time ordering from them! You would think they would make an exception but nope I guess not!! He completely just rudely told me to go ahead and review on this and give it bad reviews! So here I am! If your wondering what it tasted like it was like eating a cardboard! The crust was hard as a rock. & the entire pizza just tasted like bbq sauce. It wasnt even warm at all when I got it! It was cold! I might as well go to the store and oven one up on my own! Hope this place goes out of business! read more

Good pizza, but overall unhappy with the service. I went to the Toppers on Military in Green Bay and the man working was pretty rude. He didn't even look at us when my boyfriend and I came in and stood in front of the counter. He stood facing the other direction for a good minute (Literally just stood there) before acknowledging us and taking our order. When he finally took my order he avoided all eye contact and barely spoke above a mumble, and he sounded quite irritated. Will not be coming back. read more

My order was messed up at 12ish am boneless wings and bone in wings had the sauces switched and I called they said I would need to save the wings and they could bring me new ones in 2.5 hours then i said that's too long the guy just offered to put a credit for the wings on my account...I go to order them they said they could only give me one wing and I would need to pay for the other because they weren't able to come deliver them the same night/morning. I told the girl to just cancel my order and she called me a bitch!!! read more

Toppers is an over priced, sub standard pizza franchise which caters primarily to late night drunks. Occasionally they provide decent toppersticks but their pizza is some of the worst in Green Bay. Their wings shouldn't even be available on the menu they are so bad. You can count on delivery being a very long wait, that's if your food even arrives. Accompany that with rude delivery people and you get your best Toppers experience. Calling to speak to management is like dealing with a child in kindergarten. Clearly there is no training done and they lack skills in customer service. Be prepared to be talked down to and hung up on at the Military location if you're going to complain about anything. Unless it's your only option I wouldn't recommend Toppers to anyone. Bad food, bad service and really bad childish behavior from their management. read more

The food is WAYYY too expensive. The pizza is usually quite rubbery and undercooked. Had a promotion for a free pizza if you like their page and show up to the restaurant for the one day only and they told us we couldnt get it because we were a little late. Why was the promotion ending at 10pm anyway instead of when the day ended at midnight? Won't be spending money there anymore. Unliked. read more

It may seem like just any other pizza joint but it is truly unique. I feel like they get their name because not only do you have so many different options when it comes to saucing, dressing, and topping their pizzas but they put a significantly higher amount of pizza toppings on their pizza I have noticed compared to any other pizza location out there, What I think is really cool though about Topper's Pizza that many people do not know is each store usually has their own "artist" and when you call and order a pizza you can request something to be drawn on the pizza box (i.e. pokemon or spongebob or hello kitty, family guy whatever and they will do their best to fufill your request. I have seen this get a little wild too but that it's all in good fun and at the customer's request. They also have the best Topperstix Cinnamon Stix, I am addicted, better than everyone else around even if they are a little pricey. Coupons!!!!! read more
