    Brown soggy slimy lettuce.

Never order from there obviously they don't check their products!!! I know why would I order salads from a carry out pizza place? Because a salad is supposed to be fresh and go with a slice of pizza. Not here obviously!

    Pizza for dinner.

Did they change the crust batter? We ordered twice in the past month it's greasy and the bottom is doughy, not a fan anymore

Pizza is excellent - crust is one of the best when it comes to crispy. I wish they would add shrimp to their toppings

We were seated in a booth and immediately noticed that the cleanliness of the establishment was below standard, with spider webs in the corners and dead flies in the light fixtures. I ordered a Blue Moon beer with an orange slice, served in a bottle. However, the server poured it into a glass without asking, commenting that they thought I would prefer it that way. I would have appreciated being asked first, as I would have ordered it differently if that were the case. For our meal, we ordered the Superoni pizza--a hand-tossed pizza generously topped with pepperoni--and an order of cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were visually appealing and tasted excellent. The pizza also looked promising, featuring a nice airy crust with appealing burn patterns and plenty of pepperoni. Unfortunately, the quality did not match the appearance. The pizza was overloaded with cheese to the point of excess, and the sauce tasted like it came from a can, lacking freshness. Despite these issues, we ate without complaint at the restaurant. However, after returning home, both of us became quite ill, which raises serious concerns about food safety. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this restaurant and advise others to exercise caution.

Read the bottom as to WHY. We arrived about 5pm on a Saturday. Not real busy. 1 minute to someone taking our drinks order, 2m30 to having drinks on the table and placing our app and food order. Apps were on the table in 15 minutes. Had an order of the Tracy bread with garlic sauce. Get the garlic sauce and just dunk your sticks like they're Oreos in milk. Delicious. Another 42 minutes and our pies were brought out one by one. Cooked to perfection, the bacon wasn't floppy, outer crust held its shape, and the base crust wasn't thin like a proofed crust. And also... no grease! It was moist, but it was the tomato sauce that was giving it the moisture. Would I order again? Heck yes. Would I have 3 beers before the food arrives? Heck no, lol. LITTLE SECRET ON WHY IT TAKES SO LONG: aluminum pans are used instead of dark pans which would otherwise cook faster. If they used dark pans, the outside and the crust would cook too fast, and the middle would be floppy and undercooked. This and the oven was the key to a stiff, flavorful pie. Would return again. 10/10.

Love the game area, but disappointed that SkeeBall is no longer there. I grew up in Appleton and loved when we had a location, but GB isn't far to go. Every time I come back to visit, it's always a stop...no matter how much time I have. I now live out of state and don't have a Happy Joe's location any where near me. Rachel is amazing! She remembers me and my gaming when we come in and exactly the pizza that we order. That's quite a thing because I might be in over or twice a year! She goes out of her way to make sure her guests are taken care of. Definitely recommend visiting Happy Joe's! See you next year!

In their place is a cheap, plastic card - like a credit card - which kids are supposed to load with funds and they tap against the machines to play. This is not an intuitive setup, and the youngest of kids will never understand how this works; previously, even the youngest of kids understood how many tokens they still had remaining to spend based upon what was in their hand. Gone is skeeball. Gaming prices have increased, too. Caveman Clobber previously cost $0.25 to play; now it costs $0.40 to play. Gone also are the physical tickets. No more kids being excited watching a machine spit out hundreds of tickets. Nope. Now the kids get a digital credit on their cheap, plastic card. Lame. The pizza hasn't changed. It's still lackluster. Now, there is no reason to ever return to Happy Joe's. Thanks for the memories, and best of luck!
