My husband and I went to the Pizza Ranch in East Green Bay today. We waited and waited at the register for someone to take our money. Finally I walked behind the counter to yell for someone through the door. A girl named Leah came out and my husband said we were just about to leave. She said you didn't wait that long and seemed to just want to argue with how long we waited. My husband again said we were just about to leave. Again she said you didn't wait that long. I found out that she is the new general manager. If she treats her staff the way she treats customers, then this restaurant will close down. Maybe she could take some pointers from the day girl Amanda who is always friendly and helpful. Maybe Pizza Ranch should have given Amanda the GM job. Every year when we fly up to Greenbay to see our son and family after we land we first go to pizza ranch to eat lunch. Love the fried chicken and. Bq chicken. Wish North Carolina would get one. Wait staff was awesome with cleaning the dirty plates and buffet was always fully stocked when we was there and if you wanted special pizza on buffet they was quick to get it out. read more

Basically Perfect! Let's start off with food, the food was very delicious and in about 5-10 minutes the food gets refilled! 10/10! Service, nice staff and they work hard but fast, 10/10! Went to dinner here last night and have been to this place before. It's a pizza buffet that allows requests (must be a pizza they make). For example, if you like their stuffed crust Mac and cheese pizza you can order one for your table. They have a little salad bar, pizza bar, and a broster chicken table. Food: The pizza is better than expected for a buffet but their broster chicken is absolutely great. I can't make a claim for best in town but they have to be up there. The salad bar is something I expect from a place like this and the spinach and lettuce was fresh. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is that of a ranch from the west but nothing over the top. Since it seems to be a very popular family destination with kids the floor is usually a little dirty but I have seen them vacuum where I was eating. The cleared tables are clean. Service: it must be a rule to be pleasant because I don't think I've encountered a negative employee that works there. They are always polite and offer a smile and clear tables pretty quickly. read more

I have heard mixed reviews on this place and I've never been here so I decided to give it a try. We went for dinner on a Thursday night at 5:30, and the place was empty. There was a decent amount of hot food out which was nice, and they have alot of different varieties of creative pizzas. Unfortunately most of it was bland... The thicker crust had a nice taste to it, and if you do go here I would recommend the Buffalo chicken pizza and the bucking bronco pizza (had jalapeños on it which were pretty good). Better than average buffet. There is a chicken buffet with all the fixings which is actually pretty good. The pizza is also good and they offer a nice variety that is in a constant rotation. All the food was fresh and hot. Vanilla soft serve (no toppings) also available. Nicely decorated in a western theme and clean. Spacious enough to not to seem crowded like many other buffets. Staff is courteous and attentive. While Pizza Ranch may not offer the large variety of different foods that other buffets typically offer, the quality of their food and cleanliness (especially around the buffet islands themselves) makes it a standout. read more

This place blew... my mind. The Pizza is delicious, chicken is excellent well screw it everything I had was great. I'd especially recommend the cherry desert pizza with a little bit of ice cream. This place was clean as a whistle, bathrooms included. One more thing as I was waiting for my lady by the restroom I was watching the staff in awe. I have enjoyed this place with my family many times. Soup and salad bar offers lots of choices. Pizza is good as is the chicken. We arrived at P.R. around 6:45Pm. The place wasn't overly busy. We waited twenty five minutes and still no-one arrived to see if there was anything we would like prepared, Or bring a childs cup for or daughter. I had to ask the counter person for one after the realization that the section we were sitting in was being neglected the "manager" Matt, Whom only managed to become confrontational because my wife would not allow him to remove our childs plate. The food selection was mediocre at best, and the service was atrocious. So thanks for the mediocrity Matt! We'll be spending our money elsewhere from here on. Hopefully an owner reads this. My parents were in town and wanted to go here for dinner as they got a discount for showing their hotel key card. The thing to do here is the buffet...it's not just pizza, but there's a salad bar, desserts, and even some baked chicken and wings. It was really busy for a Saturday evening. There's an obvious western feel to the restaurant as there's some unique decor on all of the walls. If you want to bring a group of people there are a couple of private rooms for parties. I do like the different toppings of pizzas like the chicken broccoli alfredo, bacon cheeseburger, Hawaiian, and buffalo chicken. I'm not terribly crazy about the pizza...it's not bad...I've just had better. The service was good as the employees were running all over bringing out hot food and cleaning off the tables. For a chain restaurant it's not bad....I just wouldn't choose this place on my own. read more

If there's anything I love, its a good pizza. You will not find this here. Some of the Pizza's were OK. Others were completely unbearable. The chips on the taco pizza were stale. I don't care how much you think you can eat. After the first plate you will feel sick and disgusting. I felt so gross I had to apologize to my mother for birthing such a disgusting son. That's just the pizza ,don't even get me started on the chicken. The fried chicken was so greasy I acquired an acne problem just by being near it. The barbeque chicken tastes so nasty that if I had the choice of eating toe fungus or eating the barbeque chicken, I would happily eat the toe fungus. The waitress was really nice though. Went about 6:30 last night and the pizza table was completely empty except for a couple left over slices. The mashed potato tray was empty. The chicken was down to a few burnt looking pieces. As I sat and waited for the items to be replenished, there was a line forming at the dessert area as that was empty too. Not what I'd expect for a $12/$13 buffet. read more

I enjoy coming to pizza ranch. Pizza is decent, but what I would expect on a buffet. You can order custom pizzas to that they'll bring to you at your table. A few favorites from the buffet are the salad bar, the fried chicken, and the biscuits and gravy. We eat here maybe once every 2 months and will be back. read more

If you remember and loved Shakey's Pizza .. This buffet is for you. The food is decent, the price is reasonable, the staff is helpful. The atmosphere is casual and laid back, a good place for a family. Ask for a menu when you sit down, you can order any pizza you want try - it is included in your meal price. The only thing I would highly recommend is to take advantage of the table service pizza I just mentioned. They will make you a fresh one and bring it to your table and let you take what you want before putting it on the buffet. This comes in handy because, I hate to say it, you will probably be competing with a few piggy people for food, it is comical though to watch someone try to play "pizza Jenga" and try to pile as many slices as they can on those little plates. read more

They will make any pizza you want on your way in, the they will bring it to your table so you can get a slice or two before they put it on the buffet line, so that's cool. I LOVE their food. Tried the pizza special order on our last eat in visit, we were done eating and putting on our coats by the time it was brought to our table, despite asking a server for the status half way through our meal, the restaurant was dead at the time. Another thing is that the chicken is always empty when it's busy, this is what you serve buffet style, why in the world don't you have the equipment and the work flow to keep the food filled? Last week I called and ordered take out which they said would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. From previous visits we know it's never ready when we go to pick it up so we waited for 30 minutes before hitting the drive thru for pick up. First of all, we had to wait behind a Pizza Ranch delivery car, really? Go in the restaurant and pick up your deliveries, customers shouldn't have to wait behind employees. Then we waited an additional 15 minutes for our food, bringing the total time from when I called 45 minutes!. Long enough to shut our car off, long enough to consider running over to the nearby Taco Bell for a snack, long enough to be really disgusted and discuss where else we could order from next time. read more
