How does an owner effectively run a business in this manner? For the past 5 weeks I have daily sent him emails and text messages without any response. I have a credit balance with him and I am simply trying to get my money back. The place always looks closed/shuddered. I have spoken with a couple of the mechanics that he hires on a part-time basis and they have told me to get my car out of there and never come back. The work done is shoddy and he flat out lies to customers.

Went there on a Sunday for 2 parts, I did a lot of work in the heat to take them off. Went back Tuesday and at first the lady said they didn't have any cars that matched mine but on Sunday there were at least 7 different cars, then she looked and gave me 2 cars to look at. When I asked about the one from sunday and I was told they threw it away...why. if your throwing money away then they might as well give it to me for free...the lady found it in the garbage but I had to go back and get the side pieces and then they charged me $47 for the part, when I could of gotten it for $24.25 on Sunday. I called and the lady was rude, tried arguing with my wife, and was clearly lying about the price. She kept insisting the climate control and bezzle was 2 different pieces so I was charged $35 for climate control and $10 for the bezzle but the kicker is that in my truck its all 1 piece and if they were separate, it would be broken, so make that make sense. They will scam you when they can then argue with you about the price. Bad business.​​​

They do all of our scheduled maintenance and tire work for much less than we would pay at a dealer. Pillers is convenient to our home and it's easy for us to schedule appointments. Wrench Masters provides horrible service and horrible customer service. They were aggressively…read moreyelling and defensive when we asked for a work order about shoddy work on my car. We paid for services that were not done, and to confirm my suspicions I took it other places for a second and third opinion, which confirmed that the work that was paid for was not done at all. The other work I had done on other jobs was also done with (I think used) third-party parts, and he admitted that he makes his own "parts" DIY (an example of his own admission: a transmission line). He refused to give us our work order, or the information of the windshield replacement "professional" (since they would be held liable, not Wrenchmasters) because I highly suspect that instead of hiring a certified windshield replacement professional (I had bad seals and was worried about the safety of my windshield in a car accident) they did it themselves, AGAINST federal law. They just put my old windshield (with rust on the edges) with my original seals (some sections were missing before, and were still missing), although we paid to replace the seals. They were very unprofessional. They would not give us any money back, and would not even cover the cost of the seals that they couldn't find (but we easily could), but they said they could "look at it" although he still insisted we could not be around for the windshield seal replacement. I do not believe he is honest, and I would NOT recommend his services. I believe he takes advantage of his customers.

The guy said it would be ready for pickup at noon and would call. Guess what? I never got a call. I come in on Monday and the guy says he can't find the invoice/work order. I gave him the receipt. Etc. the counter guy starts calling some guy in the yard-guy doesn't answer and the "computer" starts acting up. My blood starts to boil and say fine call me when it's ready. 2 hours later I get a call- and I mention I would have my friend pick it up because I don't have time to waste. I pick the bumper up from my friends house and the bumpers has dents, major scratches -touch up paint, spider cracking. On the website they rated it a ( A1cc, os1) Bullshit- must of been a blind employee Avoid this place.
