The first time I threw the coffee away and chalked it up to someone with lotion on their hands. Today, I did go in to complain and the I didn't notice the smell inside because I had already inhaled so much of it on my coffee cup, but when I got outside, I realized my hair and my clothes all smelled so bad of perfume now as well. So instead of doing my errands I had to come home and take a shower and throw my coat in the washing machine and spray my Jeep out with alcohol. Or they ignore me and put 2 inches of foam on top. There is no in between, and it has happened every single time I've come here (10+ visits in the past 2 months). When my husband asks for less ice in his iced drinks, they either ignore his request and fill the cup absolutely full of ice, OR they put a few ice cubes but only fill the drink 2/3 full. I understand they're trying to save margins, but really? It's already a $6 drink, you can't spare 3 extra ounces? There is a decent rewards program when you download the app. Just scan before paying and you rack up points pretty quickly. They also have "double smile days" where you can get double points, just like Starbucks. However, for quality of drinks and friendliness of staff, I'd much rather go to Starbucks. Hopefully they can get some of the kinks worked out, or we won't be coming here any more. We keep giving them chances, but we're often disappointed.
