It's funny I changed my life and hadn't been here in over 10 years. Well my son bought a boat and here i am. What a huge improvement, the place looked really good. Like a pool party waiting to happen. The pool and lounge chairs were a great touch along with nice outdoor table and chairs, I was impressed! The service was nice and friendly and the tri tip breakfast burrito very tasty and huge. Oh and your spicy bloody Mary's were perfect. Great spot to stop by for a drink and wonderful service. The food though, not so much. Just keep going if you're hungry. And if you are starving, whatever you do, don't try the gizzards or the ribs and also, the fries were pretty much raw. All three, absolutely terrible. Came last Saturday wanted to launch our new boat for the first time. Wanted to use a quiet launch that had no large waves. Well upon launching there was trash and debris. Two guys watched me go and move debris from the launch so it doesn't get stuck in my jet drive. While I'm removing it all they comment we just did that two weeks ago... little disappointed to see that they have no issue commenting on it when a customer is doing it but not get off their butt to clean it.. I launched my boat and was hoping they would have cleaned it before I came back later in the day.. well it was worse when. I came back.. I just backed my trailer to create a wave and push the debris away from the launch ramp. I will probably never come back to this place after experiencing that. You paid for a launch and end up having to to work to use a service your paying for.. I run a Private Jet Terminal and this low level of customer service is just sad.. read more

What a great place to stop in at on the way to Lake Havasu and enjoy the sun. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended, people who complain about this place are just unhappy. They have music, great food, great service and a nice pool area! read more

Updating my review from 11 months ago and am sad to report it seems the service and food quality has declined. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews. If you check my reviews, they're mostly positive. But this time I must speak the truth and hopefully management and ownership at this location will work on quality improvement. We have loved this place in the past and will be sad if it no longer fits in our frequent water travel plans. The past few visits(all this summer) have proven to steadily decline. More than once we had the same grumpy bar tender. The most recent time she was even conversing with a nearby bar guest about how some customers thought she was rude. Internally I was agreeing but of course didn't tell her I agreed. She was so grumpy that I was afraid to even place my request for fear she'd be irritated somehow. Not the type of attitude you want to have behind your bar, especially on busy days. Yesterday we sat indoors with the family and the disappointment hit an all time low. Our server first approached us when only part of our guests had been seated which was fine. We placed our drink order and when she returned, our last guest was then seated, however, she didn't even ask for his drink order. He typically orders several alcoholic beverages ($$$$) so she was really missing out on an opportunity here. While we reviewed the menu, the server went to eat her food behind the bar. This alone is not professional. Employees should not be seen eating by their customers. If I were a restaurant owner, I'd want my guests to feel their servers were there to serve them! She put down her food to come take our order and hastily asked us what we wanted while at the same time running her tongue along her teeth to clean any food debris out of the way. Not only unprofessional but gross. Food came and the ribs were the most over-cooked ribs I've ever had. I've been to this restaurant over a dozen times the past several years and was excited to try the ribs for the first time thinking that a place that specializes in roasted ribs would have it down pat! Nope. The chicken wrap had only a few pieces of chicken as well. The other items were "okay" but not amazing. NEAR the end of our meal, the server brought us our check but we informed her we wanted more drinks. She held the check. Later I set my credit card on the table to signify, now, we were done. She came over, cleared a few plates, and I figured she was then going to bring us the final check, but she didn't! She stood at the computer kiosk for at least 10 minutes then disappeared behind the bar. After an excessive amount of time, I got up and went to the bar to inquire about our server and check. She suddenly appeared from the back and didn't even apologize that I'd been looking for her. needless to say she only got a 15% tip and I always tip 20% minimum. Honestly the most disappointing dining out experience I've had in months. Topoc,please improve!! This could be such a great stop but seriously considering pulling it from our repertoire if this type of experience continues. read more

Hmmmm. I didn't love this place. We came here on the boat from Lake Havasu and ordered an assortment of things from the menu. Seems like a big party place and a good spot to have drinks, but the food was meh. Ordered the frickles as an appetizer, and got four burned fried pickles for $8. Gah! The Smoked Pulled Chicken Wrap was a bit dry, and priced at $11. The rest of our party wasn't in love with their food either, and the whole dining room seemed kinda dirty and unkept. Pretty unmemorable experience. If you're going to eat out in Havasu, I recommend checking out the new Hangar 24 at the airport. Much better value. The customer service is fantastic and the food quality is above average compared to the price point of the menu! This is the ultimate side by side destination for lunch or a cocktail. Live bands play periodically and the seating is available all over the restaurant, patio and pool area. So this is a must go bar and restaurant if you are heading up river from Havasu. We make it our destination when we decide to go north to the sand bar etc. food is bar food. Place is usually packed. Pool area is cool but I've never used it. Gift shop has some cute river rat stuff. Only negative was my son left his wallet on our table and it ended up stolen. Not the fault of the bar, but the experience was a crappy one. read more

Food is decent but the service is consistently garbage. The waitresses have no idea what is happening. They don't communicate with each other. That is the biggest and most important piece is that they simply don't communicate and looks like they only started business the day before. Absolutely despicable. The owner should be embarrassed. I love coming to this place for lunch after my husband and I jet-ski over from Laughlin. The chicken wings have always been so juicy and there is tons of meat on them. Roasted red and green peppers, mushrooms, onions, lettuce, tomato, cheese and chipotle aioli wrapped in a spinach tortilla. DELICIOUS! Husband had the club sandwich, piled high with meat on wheat. No complaints. Daughter and grandson shared their favorite, the patty melt and enjoyed it. 5. Clean ladies room. A great start to our day, but then.... I left the restaurant without my purse. Kiersten, our server, noticed I had left my purse behind. She checked my ID and reached out to me on social media. I rarely carry my purse and didn't notice it until later that afternoon. Situated right on the river, Topock 66 is convenient to reach from a boat. They have easy parking at a large dock right in front of the restaurant. There is also a pool, tables all around the deck, some with umbrellas and some without. Most of the seating is bar style. I don't love the seats. And- Being that it is outside-seating, it's pretty dirty. The food was just ok. The wait was REALLY long to order and then REALLY long to receive our order. I think it's a good pit stop for a drink but unless you don't mind waiting, it's not a good stop for food. read more

I'm not sure what has changed. We were there in 2019 and the food was fantastic, but today will be our last visit. The bartender was friendly and provided good service, but the food was lousy. The wings were rubbery and chewy and seemed to be undercooked, the fries were cold, and my wife got the tri-tip sandwich and it was tough and chewy. So wings and fries, a sandwich and onion rings and 2 beers was $65... a total rip off... never again. Great atmosphere to grab a beer, but eat before you get there. read more

Here is an example of a place looking so much cooler than it really is! Stopped in here for lunch. Since it is the off season the place wasn't too busy. The place looks cool. Looks like a great atmosphere with tons of fun bar seating and nice views. The trouble is the place just doesn't deliver!! It still has a ghetto, dumpy feel to it. Poorly maintained. Filthy bathroom. The restaurant/bar food is pretty poor! Very low quality..... it seems like 'snack bar' food ...... not restaurant quality food! There were 5 servers working when we were there. One of the five seemed friendly, the other 4 just seemed miserable!! S L O W service and poor food! Not a good combo! The Route 66 gift shop was nice but the prices are embarrassing. $45 for a pullover sweatshirt with "Topock" on the front??!! Again........ the place looks fun but it does not deliver. Went here on 10/12/13 because we wanted to support the new kid on the block and were not impressed. Oh, don't get me wrong the hot dog and fries were pretty good (a much as a hot dog can be) with the fresh jalapenos except that I had to wait over 45 minutes to get it, I tell you, a person could starve there. Then they were stingy with the onions and jalapenos and had to order more which took another 10 minutes. They ran out of pulled pork so the boyfriend had to settle for a tri-tip sandwich that was cold and needed more BBQ sauce. So we waited 45 minutes for a mediocre lunch at best. Really? The place was mostly empty and yet everything took forever. I could not even get a glass of water! They have a VERY limited menu, so much so I would have liked to leave as there was little to choose from. The outside eating/drinking bar that overlooks the docks is a great idea...however, they did it in half inch plywood which would not be an issue if it was finished correctly. They attempted and failed to make it cool looking by coating it in what looked like sanded grout. Nice idea except that putting your elbows on it (yeah, I know my mom told me not to do that) was like being on sand paper for 2 hours. My elbows were chewed up and raw by the time I left not to mention this question; how can you actually sanitize them from the hundreds of people parts, dropped food and spilled drinks daily when it is not a smooth surface? Ewwww! The boat docks are a hot mess. The dock floats are metal all the way around with no bumpers in place so you get to scrape up your nice new gel coat when pulling in. They have port and starboard cleats at the stern, with a single centered cleat for the bow. This does not allow you to tie to one side or the other to protect adequately with fenders. What, you could not afford to put one more cleat at each slip like everybody else? Yeah, I know, be a better captain then that does not happen right? Read on. Speaking of pulling in, the current is so strong even the most experienced boaters were having problems getting into the dock that ran alongside the restaurant. Those off to the end of the building would probably not have an issue. With the exception of my guy, almost every boat struggled and required bystanders to help. Although I felt sorry for the captains, it made for great entertainment for us while we were waiting forever for our food. I wonder how many boats are going to get messed up before they realize they are unfinished and still have to put some "big-@ssed bumpers on it? They have been open three months and every railing and fence is rusted. Ever hear of a wire brush, rust primer and paint? Where the guys have urinals shaped like open mouths with big red lips, (oh could I come up with several double entendre jokes) we girls get nothing so I guess the owners must be men. There is no ambiance to the place at all, bits and pieces of stuff that is so passé like the butt cheek stools on the previously mentioned bar otherwise it is all steel and concrete with a bit of red thrown in, no actual decor. They had a cool idea with the pool though. Stop off, have some food, go for a swim and peruse the view (both inside and outside of the restaurant) unfortunately three months after opening it shows they have severely failed in what could have been the next "thing" on the river. Slow service, tables that are petri dishes and give you painful elbows, poor maintenance, bad décor, and mangling your boat...why would you want to stop here? No thanks, won't be going a second time. read more

This is an incredible place to stop along the Colorado River to get a bite to eat. The food is fantastic and the views are incredible overlooking the bird sanctuary and the river. They have a very nice pool area so if you don't like swimming in the river you can take a dip and cool off in the pool. If you need a map of the river they have them for free and they are very nice maps. The only bad thing I can say about them is there gas prices they're on the river are outrageous! read more

Such a fun spot to stop off a grab some drinks and apps!! The big stick is my favorite drink! Blended and not too sweet hits the spot in the heat! Their fried pickles or "frickles" are so delicious!! They also have Thriftys ice cream! Also hits the spot in the heat!! One thing I wish they had working was their misters it was so so hot and their chairs are not made for the heat you'll slip right off so bring shorts or a towel lol The pool is always busy but a great spot if you have kids! Super fun spot! Came here during Memorial Day weekend. Docked our platoon right on the side and walked up to the restaurant. Good food and drinks and live entertainment. We were here on a weekday in January. It was a gorgeous day to sit outside and enjoy a brew but the place was dead! Seriously, I bet this could be a fun place when it's busy. There are boat slips that you can slide right in to. And a pool. The chairs are fun and apparently the men's room has its own fun accessories. It's got a lot of good things going for it. We only had a beer while there, so I can't review on the food. But, the tap beer was pricey. We both got Coors Light on tap and they were $5 each. Ouch! They do have a cool tap system which pours from the bottom of the cup and apparently results in less waste. So you'd think they would pass that savings on in the price of the beer. Cuz honestly, that was an expensive beer. So, I guess in summary, the place is pretty cool. If you don't mind paying that for a beer, go have a good time. But you might want to go on a weekend during "season" when you might have others there to chat with or at least watch. read more
