So this is a must go bar and restaurant if you are heading up river from Havasu. We make it our destination when we decide to go north to the sand bar etc. food is bar food. Place is usually packed. Pool area is cool but I've never used it. Gift shop has some cute river rat stuff. Only negative was my son left his wallet on our table and it ended up stolen. This is a fun place to dine! Friends brought us by boat. It was nice that they have docks to make it boat accessible. You can drive there, but is on Route 66, not I-40, so you need to be looking for it. Walked in and sat down. Service was a little spotty, but food was good and enough service to eat. I'm not sure what has changed. We were there in 2019 and the food was fantastic, but today will be our last visit. The bartender was friendly and provided good service, but the food was lousy. The wings were rubbery and chewy and seemed to be undercooked, the fries were cold, and my wife got the tri-tip sandwich and it was tough and chewy. I had the Topock Veggie Wrap. Loved it! This place is known for its smoked meats and I opted for meatless. Situated right on the river, Topock 66 is convenient to reach from a boat. They have easy parking at a large dock right in front of the restaurant. There is also a pool, tables all around the deck, some with umbrellas and some without. Most of the seating is bar style. I don't love the seats. And- Being that it is outside-seating, it's pretty dirty. The food was just ok. The wait was REALLY long to order and then REALLY long to receive our order. I think it's a good pit stop for a drink but unless you don't mind waiting, it's not a good stop for food. read more

Today we just wanted a sandwich. The tri-tip philly was overloaded with tender and delicious roast beef. They added Swiss cheese, onions, mushrooms and peppers, but the majority was beef. Husband had the Turkey Club. It looked like thick layers of thin-sliced turkey and ham with slices of bacon, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. He was very pleased. Our adult daughter had a cheese burger. The hamburger patty was a good size, a double patty would have been too big. Today's special was steak and lobster. We saw the lobster being delivered to another table. Such a fun spot to stop off a grab some drinks and apps!! The big stick is my favorite drink! Blended and not too sweet hits the spot in the heat! Their fried pickles or "frickles" are so delicious!! We are new to Lake Havasu and just bought 2 Waverunners. Everyone was saying the ride to Topock was a MUST. We planned to eat there, but due to circumstances beyond our control, and the fact we had been snacking along the way, neither of us was hungry, and it was really too early for dinner. We decided to just have a soda. When our waitress came back, we apologized and said we just wanted 2 diet Cokes. We sat there for a few minutes in the A.C. and enjoyed cooling off and having enjoying soda and the view. When webwere ready to go, we waves our waitress down and told her we were ready to go and asked for our bill. She smiled and said "no charge".... we were stunned, and asked if she was sure. She smiled and just waved us off. I really wish I had asked her name. Stuff like that just never happens. It was our first time to go there, but it definitely won't be our last. We had some friends from out of town. We took them to the restaurant on Sunday. The place was really busy, but the wait to get seated wasn't long. We ordered our food and it came out fairly fast, considering how busy they were. The problem was nobodys food was good. I ordered the tri tip sandwich. The meat was luke ward and I couldn't cut it with the butter knife. The BBQ sauce was terrible. My friend had the pulled pork. Again it was luke warm. Drinks were ordered and my friends swear there was no alcohol in them. We don't eat out much, because its expensive. When we do we expect better. I have eaten here before with mixed reviews. Come for the view not the food. After driving through the desert the view of any water is welcoming and the outdoor pool is a great idea. It was our 1st visit and maybe we came on an off day but the wings were slimy and fatty, they tasted raw. Huge disappointment because smoked wings are my favorite. My husband and I to try out Topock 66 for the first time yesterday. It's a cute place. Definitely there was construction going on so it was hard to find parking at first. Then we walk up to the restaurant, waited by the door for awhile it seems to be steady busy not super busy. So my husband and I sat down ourselves down. Noticed the table wasn't clean. Took the waitress roughly 15 minutes to come to our table just to hand us our menus and get our drinks. Then we proceeded to order our food 15 minutes later. My husband noticed that our waitress would come check on us every 15-25 mins, so if we needed something we couldn't get ahold of her. We then received our food, I can say the food could have a better presentation. I order a Philly and he order ribs. My husband was confused with his food because he assumed he ordered regular ribs not baby back ribs and that is what he got were baby back ribs. We waited another 15mins for the waitress to stop at our table and my husband ask if there were two different ribs because on the menu on the smoked meat section states full rack baby ribs, half rack baby back ribs, then another part says full rack with 1 side then the second line said half rack with1 side. It was confusing. Then when we received our check it was pretty expensive for two people we spent $103.00. To be honest it is not worth the money to go there. The waitress basically wasn't informative with us, she didn't explain the menus, nor did she notify my husband that there is $4.00 upgrade for onion rings. I get this place get a lot of people from out of state but also consider those who are local that live in the Tri-State area and aren't rich. I brought my family of 4 and ate here today around 1230. We had a waitress, about 22 years old, white gal, blonde, short, wearing converse and had a hat on backwards. All was well. The food was good. Service was good. Afterward, we jumped in the pool and the waitress came over to me and asked if the service she gave was ok. I said sure was. Then she begins to talk about how she felt the tip I gave her did not reflect the good service. I just said ok. Then she stormed off. She cornered my wife and her friend, following our conversation and started the same one with them. I thought that was absolutely rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional. I wanted nothing more than to get back the tip I did give her and leave that joint. I've spent a lot of money in that place during the last few years and can't believe she treated my family that way. Looks like a great atmosphere with tons of fun bar seating and nice views. The trouble is the place just doesn't deliver!! It still has a ghetto, dumpy feel to it. Poorly maintained. Filthy bathroom. The restaurant/bar food is pretty poor! Very low quality..... it seems like 'snack bar' food ...... not restaurant quality food! There were 5 servers working when we were there. One of the five seemed friendly, the other 4 just seemed miserable!! S L O W service and poor food! Not a good combo! The Route 66 gift shop was nice but the prices are embarrassing. $45 for a pullover sweatshirt with "Topock" on the front??!! Again........ the place looks fun but it does not deliver. Went here on 10/12/13 because we wanted to support the new kid on the block and were not impressed. Oh, don't get me wrong the hot dog and fries were pretty good (a much as a hot dog can be) with the fresh jalapenos except that I had to wait over 45 minutes to get it, I tell you, a person could starve there. Then they were stingy with the onions and jalapenos and had to order more which took another 10 minutes. They ran out of pulled pork so the boyfriend had to settle for a tri-tip sandwich that was cold and needed more BBQ sauce. So we waited 45 minutes for a mediocre lunch at best. Really? The place was mostly empty and yet everything took forever. I could not even get a glass of water! They have a VERY limited menu, so much so I would have liked to leave as there was little to choose from. The outside eating/drinking bar that overlooks the docks is a great idea...however, they did it in half inch plywood which would not be an issue if it was finished correctly. They attempted and failed to make it cool looking by coating it in what looked like sanded grout. Nice idea except that putting your elbows on it (yeah, I know my mom told me not to do that) was like being on sand paper for 2 hours. My elbows were chewed up and raw by the time I left not to mention this question; how can you actually sanitize them from the hundreds of people parts, dropped food and spilled drinks daily when it is not a smooth surface? Ewwww! The boat docks are a hot mess. The dock floats are metal all the way around with no bumpers in place so you get to scrape up your nice new gel coat when pulling in. They have port and starboard cleats at the stern, with a single centered cleat for the bow. This does not allow you to tie to one side or the other to protect adequately with fenders. What, you could not afford to put one more cleat at each slip like everybody else? Yeah, I know, be a better captain then that does not happen right? Read on. Speaking of pulling in, the current is so strong even the most experienced boaters were having problems getting into the dock that ran alongside the restaurant. Those off to the end of the building would probably not have an issue. With the exception of my guy, almost every boat struggled and required bystanders to help. Although I felt sorry for the captains, it made for great entertainment for us while we were waiting forever for our food. I wonder how many boats are going to get messed up before they realize they are unfinished and still have to put some "big-@ssed bumpers on it? They have been open three months and every railing and fence is rusted. Ever hear of a wire brush, rust primer and paint? Where the guys have urinals shaped like open mouths with big red lips, (oh could I come up with several double entendre jokes) we girls get nothing so I guess the owners must be men. There is no ambiance to the place at all, bits and pieces of stuff that is so passé like the butt cheek stools on the previously mentioned bar otherwise it is all steel and concrete with a bit of red thrown in, no actual decor. They had a cool idea with the pool though. Stop off, have some food, go for a swim and peruse the view (both inside and outside of the restaurant) unfortunately three months after opening it shows they have severely failed in what could have been the next "thing" on the river. Slow service, tables that are petri dishes and give you painful elbows, poor maintenance, bad décor, and mangling your boat...why would you want to stop here? No thanks, won't be going a second time. read more

This is an incredible place to stop along the Colorado River to get a bite to eat. The food is fantastic and the views are incredible overlooking the bird sanctuary and the river. They have a very nice pool area so if you don't like swimming in the river you can take a dip and cool off in the pool. If you need a map of the river they have them for free and they are very nice maps. The only bad thing I can say about them is there gas prices they're on the river are outrageous! read more

View is amazing and set up is really cool. They have these awesome stools too that look like butt checks lol. They have this really cool bar area but it's an ice cream bar too! Inside and outside seating. The food to me was good not wow! Had pancakes which were really good and fluffy. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak and he liked it ....said it wasn't the best but was still good. Also ordered eggs, potatoes and bacon.
