Molly was an amazing massage therapist. One of the very best massages I've ever had. I would go back to see her in an instant.

The spa facility is a solid "good". But five stars because of my deep tissue massage with Draper.

It was both mine and my wife's first time and it was the most relaxing period we'd ever spent at a resort.

Second time here. Always something broken or out of order in the spa and maybe they tell you before…read morethe reservation and maybe they tell you when you show up. This time " jacuzzi women's and jacuzzi mens both non functioning. Check weather outside as jacuzzi and pool will close if thunder. Finally, no one really monitoring the spa are so if a large loud group comes through and leaves a huge mess of drinks and food and trash. You might be the one to deal with it (eg no where to put your things, too many dirty drink glasses on vanity no where to sit or find a quiet spot. Not really a "Spa" feel as a result. O heads up if you are looking for quiet and relaxing. This is not it. If you want big family reunion bridal, or mom's weekend away. This might be your spot.

So it took me a month to wrap my mind around writing this review. The people at the spa are…read moreextremely friendly and helpful with products and activities, they deserve a five.I took my daughter for her first message and spa experience since she's finally over 18 years old.The spa is spacious and pretty clean nothing breathtaking or spectacular.I usually don't say how much money I spend but I will in this, I spent over a thousand dollars. I was not offered water, tea,or coffee like other high end spa's offer actually almost every spa! On that note I'll finish this topic with saying I saw another customer given a glass of champagne, that would have been nice.My daughter enjoyed her swedish spa treatment. I had the longest message they offer the girl was extremely nice but I didn't enjoy her sticking her fingers in my ears or squeezing my lymph glands under my armpits! I actually told her how much it hurt and she did it again! To top this unusual treatment I have very curly hair and she kept going through my hair as If I had straight hair.If you have curly hair you know how painful this is.I ended up in pain for weeks from my underarms I had to go to the doctors twice! My word of advice is tell them straight out don't squeeze under your arm, don't stick fingers in your ears and just leave your hair and I would say scalp alone. I did enjoy the products I purchased.

"Manager" Kristina Hedger is a case study in leadership incompetence. We had no hot water or TV for…read more2 days, and our room wasn't cleaned over the 4 day stay (they supposedly clean every 3rd day). After informing the front desk of the items we needed help with, we tried to follow up with the manager 24 hrs later; unfortunately it was above Kristina's skill -set/competency level and she was unable to handle a situation requiring critical thinking. She's just functionally incompetent.- She failed the interaction with a customer- panicked ,was triggered and crashed out...hung up on me. It was actually comical if not for the fact that I was looking to her assistance . Thankfully the GM stepped in and handle as a professional. Stop by the front desk for a good laugh at her "Management" style. ...interested to know her Meyers Briggs...lol

No spa (it's literally part of their name) no restaurant - the staff couldn't (or wouldn't) even provide wine glasses to us. We tried running a hot bath after a day of skiing, only to be mortified to discover the bath water was dark yellow! And after asking maintenance to come check it out, it was suggested that we run hot water for half an hour until it ran clear. Then we were told that housekeeping only comes once every 3 days, but that someone would be by after our 48 hours here - no one ever came by. We talked to THREE different people and no one was helpful - only blamed us for the crap we had to endure here. And Uber Eats does not exist here. We went to a few breweries today; Idletime had great beer & food - but this place!??! Do not be fooled, the "morning breakfast" is likely bulk purchased items from a grocery store - I even heard an 8 year old refer to the croissants as "cheap" and she was not wrong. It's all a gross exaggeration of anything remotely RESORT or SPA related. Spend your money elsewhere. Seriously. We would never pay full price for this place. I feel bad for those who did. What a rip off.
