The first trailer was stock, and the second trailer I upgraded to the torsion axels for about an extra $2400. Both trailers before any additional equipment, cost me around $5500-$5700. I have since added more interior lights and built out the inside for my remodeling business. Some day I hope to buy a dump trailer as well. Easy to communicate with all the guys at Worth Trailer.

WOW !!! repair work done right and on budget +++ more…read more They did more than I asked and did it under what we agreed on. Just a big thank you to Sunny and the entire staff. I had a trailer that the ramp had shifted and frame was bent. Not only was that fixed , they fixed a broken light, new bolts that had been missing from the ramp latch and fixed my break away system. I don't ever remember a time in the last 5 years where someone did what they said they would do, stayed on budget and actually did more to make sure the everything was in perfect working order. I have purchased 3 trailers from NTT in the last 10 years and I do not look. anywhere else. Thank you Sunny ! Ed Pariso

M & M inspected a fifth wheel trailer in Northern Texas for us. Their response time was terrific…read moreand common action effortless. The report was thorough and very informative, helping us to eventually negotiate a good price for the unit. While the inspection service it self was more expensive than others, the result was well worth. I have subsequently called with questions which have been prompt and informative. They are GREAT!

Top Knotch customer service from the get-go. Chris & Anna were great at understanding our issue,…read moreproviding info, and then following up while we made our appointment. We then worked with John in Fort Worth and, yet again, constant communication which was so appreciated. Unfortunately, Winnebago requires a dealer to do our warranty service work (which we were trying to avoid), and Truma also makes us work with a dealer as well. Two strike-outs and we weren't able to get our service done at Coach Specialists but they left such a positive mark on us that we will be back! We would strongly suggest them to anyone looking for out-of-warranty service!

We dropped off our 2019 class A to get the gas water heater fixed and our keyless entry replaced…read more The staff very friendly and professional and turnaround time ok, but that was not the end. We picked up our RV and left on a trip only to find out that the gas water heater was fixed and that now the electric water heater is now gas. So we notified coach specialist and they said to bring it in when we get into town so we did 2 weeks later. When we brought it in they made us sign a diagnosis fee for their mess up which they were having an hard time figuring out. Anyway when they called us to pick up they charged me another bill $560.00 for their mess up. My electric was fine and I had to pay them to fix their error. I will not recommend this place. No call from the GM no apology for the inconvenience just a bill.

If you haven't trusted them with your RV needs, you are truly missing out. On Friday, July 3rd, my wife and I were on the highway towing our Black Series HQ21. Suddenly, the travel trailer started to violently sway back and forth so much that it crossed into other lanes. My heart was racing as I finally gained control, pulled off at the next exit, and drove straight to Vogt RV Super Center. I was visibly shaking from the ordeal when I explained the situation to Sara K and Lindsey, with two technicians, Greg and Juan, listening in. I told them our trailer had never done anything like this before. Without even asking me to set up an appointment, Sara K spoke to Greg, and they immediately walked out to my trailer. Within 15 minutes, they had made their assessment, brought out their tools, and got straight to work. I couldn't believe my eyes: Sara K and Greg were on their backs on the scorching asphalt--it was over 90 degrees outside--fixing the problem while Juan assisted. Another 15 to 20 minutes later, everything was completely fixed. Because of their incredible dedication and quick action, my wife and I were able to safely complete our journey to our property in Oklahoma. I want to send a heartfelt THANK YOU to Sara K, Greg, Lindsey, and Juan for providing a great customer experience. There was no charge for the repair. This level of care reflects directly on the fantastic leadership and vision of the two service managers, Cliff and Steven. Great job, gentlemen, keep up the excellent work pouring into your team on what really matters! Your friend,
