I called and spoke to Candy who is wonderful, and had it towed to Topline for an estimate . She got back to me very quickly and we were just delighted to hear the quote for all the repairs . Took my car here, 2015 Lexus IS250, after it had been sitting for over a year because I was hit by someone with no insurance or license. While I wasn't even in the car even!! ‍ finally was able to get and ins claim open and get it fixed. I looked all over for a place close to home and that had decent reviews. One year after my first review I had to return to Topline. I was rear ended and I knew coming to Topline was the only option. Once again, Candy was more helpful than my own insurance when it came to dealing with my vehicle. They took care of picking up my truck in the tow truck to get it to the shop. The entire time they did a wonderful time updating me and keeping me in the loop. To say Topline's team went above and beyond for me is putting it lightly. Besides the accident repairs I asked them to paint some parts of my truck that had began to fade over time. My truck was hit by an Amazon Driver. I haven't had to have an car or truck repaired ever. I ask a trusted friend Matt of Terry's Auto service who he could recommend for the repair of my truck. His recommendation was Gold.!!! Took my truck to Luis at Topline who gave me an estimate. I did go several other places because of Amazon's policy for repair bids. To shorten the story, after a period of Amazon not knowing how to proceed, I got an authorization for repair. Candy checked me in and set up a car through Enterprize and a week later my truck was done. Not only had they repaired the damage from Amazon but also Luis detailed the whole bed of the truck.
