Took my car here, 2015 Lexus IS250, after it had been sitting for over a year because I was hit by someone with no insurance or license. While I wasn't even in the car even!! ‍ finally was able to get and ins claim open and get it fixed. I looked all over for a place close to home and that had decent reviews. I made calls to a few other shops, no one answered or called back after multiple calls. Then I found Topline. Candy was fantastic, it definitely is a family owned shop. When I went to drop the car off, Louis came out and immediately looked at the car when she had just mentioned something to him about it. I was updated during the whole process when I had a question it was answered quickly. It looks like a whole new car! They even detailed the inside, which they didn't need to do. One year after my first review I had to return to Topline. I was rear ended and I knew coming to Topline was the only option. Once again, Candy was more helpful than my own insurance when it came to dealing with my vehicle. They took care of picking up my truck in the tow truck to get it to the shop. The entire time they did a wonderful time updating me and keeping me in the loop. To say Topline's team went above and beyond for me is putting it lightly. Besides the accident repairs I asked them to paint some parts of my truck that had began to fade over time. They took care of that, the owner Luis even asked if I wanted to change my headlights he could order them and get them installed. When they called me to pick up my truck I was amazed! My truck was hit by an Amazon Driver. I haven't had to have an car or truck repaired ever. I ask a trusted friend Matt of Terry's Auto service who he could recommend for the repair of my truck. His recommendation was Gold.!!! Took my truck to Luis at Topline who gave me an estimate. I did go several other places because of Amazon's policy for repair bids. To shorten the story, after a period of Amazon not knowing how to proceed, I got an authorization for repair. This is my second time over the last 10 years using Topline Auto. The first was for my wife's Toyota Highlander about 10 years ago.
