I didn't have to wait, the drivers communicated with me and in the case going to the airport my driver arrived 5 mins early ! The owner, admittedly, is underway in a busy season and sent zero text messages (as he has done in the past) to confirm a scheduled pick-up. Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. I simply encourage all of you to get confirmation by phone, email, AND text if you don't want your full payment to be a donation to the business. =)

Communication, both ways, was outstanding, and he was on time and helpful going and returning. The first towing company I called stated they did not change tires. I then called Perez Towing. It was already 8:30PM on a cold, rainy and snowy Sunday night and the lady who answered the phone was so nice and said they would be there in 20 minutes. As promised Hector arrived in 20 minutes. He could not change my tire because I had no idea where the wheel lock was. Hector was kind enough to tow our car to a local service station his friend owns and they were able to get the wheel lock off and put on the spare tire. I am so grateful for the amazing and friendly service we received and cannot say enough good things about Mr. Perez. A+++ service!
