Two and three word email responses from the owner led to either a miscommunication or deceit. Quite simply, I requested a roundtrip quote (home to airport with return). When being dropped at the airport, I was horrifically surprised when they told me the quoted price was each way. Sadly, the start of my vacation was spent standing in the road at the Newark airport drop-off, arguing for ten minutes on the phone with the business owner. He attempted to compromise, but it wasn't enough. A week before my trip, I emailed the owner for a clarification of their charge, asking, "do you collect half each way?" His response was, "yes, we do". I can't ever use or recommend this service again. The owner should learn to write clear emails and utilize formal price quotes like other car services.
