And everything was in disarray. There was no store pride evident at all. I did have a very nice interaction with the cashier that accepted my return. Perhaps she was the same person mentioned in an earlier review, but my experience was much different. I have hope that Kohl's can turn it around and once again become one of my favorite places to shop.
