They came back to repair the damage and ended up painting my deck THE WRONG COLOR. The deck was green. My fence is the white color you see. So...he sort of painted it white but I guess he got tired around the railing spindles. I am awfully mad because I paid them money to come back and FIX THE WORK THAT SHOULD HAVE LASTED more than a couple years, right? I guess the joke's on me.

Had multiple communication issues between the estimator, scheduling department and the service…read morecrew. When the estimator came out I told them I wanted walls and doors all painted the same color. I received the estimate and it had a different paint listed for the doors. I asked why it was different and he explained that it was just a different finish but still the same color. It wasn't. He had the doors quoted as a completely different color so when he finally corrected the issue the original estimate went up in price even though that's what I requested in the first place. I still proceeded with the project and the day they were supposed to start (I was told 9 am) he didn't show up. I called the office and they reached out and said he was running late and would be there by 11. When he arrived he immediately apologized and said he had a family issue which is completely understandable but a phone call would have helped. He started the work and I left him to do his business but at one point I noticed he went out to his truck and didn't come back in the house for an extended period of time. I happened to look out the window and noticed he was spraying my driveway with a hose. I went outside to see what was going on and he spilled a can of paint in my driveway. I didn't complain but he immediately apologized and said he was going to request a discount for being late and the paint spill. The job was finished in two days and the quality of work was acceptable but again it was the poor communication. The office contacted me the following Monday to ask about the experience and I told them everything that happened and I was told a discount would be requested on my behalf. Again this discount was offered to me, I never requested anything but the office responded that he was within the designated arrival time and they would only apply a discount if the paint couldn't be cleaned from the driveway. This is not what he told me and if he didn't have the authority to offer discounts to customers he shouldn't have made the comment in the first place.

I reached out to him by text on a Monday, and he responded the same day. After I provided a few high-level details about the project, he scheduled a walkthrough that same week to provide an estimate. Matthew's quote included a clear breakdown of the costs for each part of the job, which I appreciated. Once I reviewed the estimate, we scheduled the work. On the day of the project, Matthew arrived on time--actually a little early, which was a nice surprise. He was friendly, professional, and completed the job a little earlier than originally estimated.
