I had to text her multiple times to finally get her to agree to meet. We settled on Sunday at 12. She then said she's running behind and would bring it to my house. Few hours passed and she asks if 7pm would work (some running behind that is). 7pm comes around and hasn't even asked for my address. She ignored all my calls then gave me some lies about her kid fighting sleep, babysitter bailing, blah blah blah. Tried to push it off to the next day and I knew it would be the same thing. My husband eventually just had to drive to her house to get it back. No apology, no thank you. This business is an absolute scam.
