So Rude. i went in on Oct 10/26 and all I wanted was a band changed on my wedding dress ( it had been done before from white to purple ) now I wanted to cha he the purple to a a red band . He advised " how can I fix it if you didn't bring your dress " I advised because it was 1000 dollar dress I am not carrying it around in my car . he advised then I'm not helping you . i advised I took detailed photos so he could see . he advised what am i supposed to do with a picture ? and all this time he is refusing to get up and just look at my photos because he was eating lunch. if you didn't want to help people on lunch then maybe you should have locked your doors and said be back in 45 mins . i never said he HAD to do my alterations in was just asking a question as someone who is not an experience seamstress just had some simple questions . All he had to do was look at the photos a d say " sorry I cannot tell just by this photo and I would have excepted that . He did not try once to get up and look just shut me out right away. i went to stitch it in the mall they looked at the photo and said omg ya that is so simple and i brought my dress in THAT night. Their pricing was very reasonable and the couple that runs the store was so sweet and wonderful to deal with. They even offered to do some minor repairs on the jackets for free!
