We drove out to the farm and we got to watch our kids interact with our future pup. We got a wealth of information and the experience was very positive overall. He was already potty trained and very socialized before we brought him home. He is healthy, strong, happy and very gentle with our kids. We had a unique experience with this breeder. We found one if there puppies wondering down the road. When we stopped the little girl came right up to us and since there we no people around we took her to our house for the night. The next day we took her to the vet, who discover that she was chipped, we left our number with the vet and the chip company. The next day Natalie contacted us to retrieve the puppy. During the first contact Natalie was extremely rude and accusatory. She was not sure if we even purchased the puppy from them and was surprised to learn the puppy was missing. We returned the puppy by meeting Steve and Natalie on a random corner. Steve was extremely nice and appreciative while Natalie snatched the puppy out of my daughters arm and scolding her for the way she was holding the puppy. It was suspicious that they did not know where this puppy was and that they did not know if it was already sold, despite claiming they were a reputable breeder. Additionally, it is disheartening that Natalie was so unappreciative and disrespectful to my daughter who was proud of herself for doing the right thing. I just got a puppy from Top Shepherd this July. Max is such a well- mannered and well trained puppy that i can't imagine living without him even for a day.He has turned as a Pure blessing for us. We take him wherever we go.He's about 80lbs in weight as i wanted a large dog for our family. I've conveyed it to the Steve and he picked out the best for us. Amazing family business. The breeders truly knew what kind of dog I was looking for and helped me pick out a perfect puppy. I absolutely love my dog and I owe it to them for bringing us together. I accompanied my friend to buy a German shepherd puppy and when we got there I couldn't believe the cute red and black puppies running around excited and so eager to befriend us.The puppies are so well trained and have such good manners.
