please, read this review!!…read more do not call b&v truck repairs. if you have a munor break-down in or around montgomery al. there's this black guy who answers the phone , & lie that he's a diesel mechanic, he usually shows up in a white coloured gmc or ford puck up truck. his target is to charge you 1hour labour or sometimes says he had identified the provlem, & will need to go get tge part next day, but he will request you pay him for the diagotics for 1hour, never shows up or answer his call. he claimed his name is bill. will post his 2 phone #s here. plz, truckers beware.. he is a big fraud.

He left for 2 hours and charged me for it. I was only 10 miles from Montgomery. Plus after I got to the delivery I looked at what he did. He did not even fasten the bracket that held the water line. Now it is rubbing another pipe. Very poor quality!

I tried 2 other shops and called Ford in an attempt to get the vehicle fixed. I was getting no where. No one could handle the size tire this coach. I contacted Marlin Ingram's RV in Montgomery and they recommended this business. I am extremely happy with the service Tommy and the staff at Southern Frame and Alignment did on the coach. They handle primarily large trucks and some RV stuff. They found the vibration, aligned the front end, and aligned the steering wheel all on time and at the price they quoted. I also had them install a steering stabilizer and it is fantastic. The results are night and day! We are actually looking forward to trips out west and now have an RV that will make it pleasure.

I asked for a receipt and was not given one. I was charged $65 and when I called to complain and asked for a refund or a better tire I was ignored phone calls and text were never returned. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Very unprofessional and a total rip off.
