After waiting 2 hours on another tow truck company, I contacted All About Towing. Within 30 minutes a truck was at my location. I was able to get my car to the dealership with no hiccups. The price was nearly half of what the other company quoted. They will definitely be my first call if I ever need a tow in Montgomery again. read more

I never thought any towing monopoly was worse than Hawaii, but this place has them beat 10 fold! My sister had a motorcycle accident today on AL 110 where a witness called 911 and a state trooper subsequently responded. Long story short she got whisked away in an ambulance and myself and my other sister wanted to stay with the motorcycle until our help arrived but the state trooper insisted we go and he stay so the bike could get towed. What he failed to mention was that this tow cost $434!!!! FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTY FOUR DOLLARS FOR A TOW DUE TO SOMEONE BEING TOSSED FROM THEIR BIKE! You have to be a certain kind of child of satan to do that to someone who was seen in the TRAUMA unit of the ER. And when questioned about the asinine charge, their excuse was $350 is automatically charged for a tow that is called by a trooper, PLUS $4/mile from the accident PLUS $25/day for storage if you dont get it immediately. And this price is "mandated" by the state, but that's BULLCRAP! Any company that does business like this does not deserve to be in existence, and this company and the state and whoever else allows this ridiculous robbery of their people should be ashamed of themselves and need Jesus. Bottom line: IF YOU ARE IN AN ACCIDENT AND ALMOST LOSE YOUR LIFE OR WHATEVER, YOU BETTER OFF NOT DYING AND CALLING SOME HELP. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $350 OFF TOP!!! read more

My vehicle was towed last night around 11:00pm. The vehicle was supposed to be taken to the dealership for service. Because the dealership was closed, they took my car to their lot and were supposed to take it to the dealership first thing this morning. It's 5:45pm and my car still hasn't made it to the dealership's service department. I just called and the lady who answered the phone was quite rude and cut me off before I could explain the situation to her. I've turned the issue over to my insurance company. Although the guy who towed my car last night was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional, I'll think twice before using them again. read more

I set up an appt a day before to get a service in Montgomery, AL. When driver hadn't arrived, I called to ask for an ETA. I got a lot of attitude from Sabrina an employee with the company. She was really rude and just told me that their accounts are a priority and he would get there when he gets there. She didnt want to give me an ETA and kept telling her coworker that it was ridiculouos that I kept calling to ask for an ETA. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Poor service, bad attitude, rude, and obviiously does not care about new customers. read more

WORST possible experience with a wrecker service EVER. After breaking down on the highway, the car was picked up by All-About-Towing on Friday morning, March 17, 2017. After getting off the highway it was determined that it needed to go to a transmission shop a few miles back in Montgomery, AL. I was told it was delivered at 2:30pm that Friday. But when I followed up the following TUESDAY, it had not been delivered. The dispatcher Sabrina was extremely, extremely rude to each of the several people who spoke with her, but nothing was resolved. The car was picked up from All-About-Towing Tuesday afternoon after 6pm by another towing company, and delivered to the transmission shop. There are lots of good people in Alabama, but these aren't them. read more

We had the unfortunate luck for a blown out tire on the way home to Florida from Atlanta and we have USAA roadside assistance, so they contracted this company out to pull us out of the muddy median on the interstate. USAA estimated arrival after one hour and they showed up within 15 minutes! The driver was very professional and the only wait we had after that was waiting for the state trooper to come and block traffic temporarily for us to get off the interstate. The owner himself came out with his truck to take the 5 of us to the nearest gas station where they changed our tire for us. And when USAA wouldn't pay for the short trip to the gas station, they waived the fee! I know the reviews underneath are pretty poor but they're old, so hopefully they really are this awesome all the time!! read more

For one thing they said they would be there to tow my car in an hour. They took two, they told me to leave my car and put my keys in a safe place. In which I did (under the tire) when the driver finally called to come tow my car he had an attitude. Ok so back to the tow, my car wasn't drivable so I had no reason to go in it neither did he. When I finally go in my car I seen he stole 2 bottles of dolce and gabbana colognes and $40. I call up there to tell that what had happen and they tell me that my car isn't in their system that it was towed. I gave them my insurance company name and they lied and said they didn't take my insurance, so I had to go up there and show them the text showing them that my car was towed by them (still wasn't in their system the driver never closed it out). His number was included in the text that had the company's info on it. They found out who the driver was and instantly started taking up for him. Telling me I'm lying, and that he would never do that. I then asked why didn't he close out the tow or they can't find it in the system if he didn't do anything wrong. Then they switch the whole story up saying it's my fault that I left something in my car (that he had no business in) and since it happened over 5 days ago they couldn't do nothing about it. read more

Never use this company. Last Saturday night at 11PM my tire practically blew out so I had to stop on the side of I-65 completelu alone. Thankfullu my family was only 30 min from me and they came out immediately. I called Hyundai Roadside Assistance and they told me a tow truck would be on its way within 90 minutes. After 90 minutes I called and they said they had to send that tow truck to something else and would send another one to me asap. An hour later my mom calls and they said the tow truck was 20 minutes out. Another 30 minutes later I receive a call from the tow truck guy himself asking if I still need a tow.. After we had been waiting for over 3 hours. He said he would be there in 20 minutes and recommended we just leave the key in the gas compartment and leave the car unlocked. I was not very comfortable with this but figured he would be there soon so reluctantly did that. Another 30 minutes passes and I call to ask if he got the car and he says no not yet and I tell him to please please call and let me know when he does so I dont have to worry anymore. He never does and I assume if he was unable to find it he would have surely called. Well no. The next day I drive by the dealership and the towing company and dont see my car anywhere. I go inside yhe tow company and talk to the rudest woman I've ever met. She informs me that my tow was cancelled because I did not answer a call from my insurance company which was a complete lie. This tow company knowingly left my unlocked car with the keys inside it on the side of the interstate and never told me. I only found out because I went searching for my car. This company is sick and I hope the go out of business. They better be thankful my car was still there when I went back for it or I would have sued the living daylights out of this company. NEVER use this company, they are so crooked and do not care what happens to you or your car. read more

I broke down at 2am traveling from Louisiana to Virginia. My alternator went out so I called geico and they sent out a tow truck. Unaware of my surroundings, the tow guy offered to replace my alternator later that morning. He claimed I was lucky he is the one that will fix it cause being a girl traveling alone, everyone else would take advantage of me. He said my truck will be at the towing company's locked fence til he got around to fixing it. 10:30am I contacted him to see how it was going. I called the tow company and they put me on hold. Shawn, the guy who towed me was calling on another line so I figured he was in the tow yard working on my truck and didn't want to walk into business. He said he was having a hard time finding a new alternator, but ford was going to call him back in a few with a new one. Truck returned to me early that afternoon he said new alternator put in and I paid $310 and tipped $20. I took off to finish my trip to Virginia. By nightfall I was in North Carolina where I broke down again. After sitting til morning, I wanted to finish 3 hour trip to Va. I got into Va and broke down again. This time for good. My husband came to get me. He open the truck hood and looked and said the alternator is shot and it was definitely not brand-new. Since the alternator went out it totally drained the brand-new battery I had in there where it would never charge again. I contacted the manager of the towing company for a refund, who said I would get a return call from her or from the tow truck driver. I have not gotten a phone call from either. I got a text from the tow guy telling me to send back his alternator. I have never gotten another call, text or refund. Also while he had my truck, he stole pain medicine out of glove box that I forgot to take before he took my truck. Do not trust this company or its workers. They WILL screw you over in anyway possible. read more
