They also said they already talked to the shop to inform them as well. We were then contacted by the shop to confirm the employee of Graves Towing & Recovery's statement. Around 7:30 the shop contacts my fiancé and I again with concern over whether the tow truck was coming or not. Keep in mind this is an hour and half after close. Immediately I contacted Graves Towing & Recovery to figure out what was going on. I was connected with an employee who stated that they were on their way to grab the vehicle soon. I questioned him on his initial guarantee of drop off by 6 eastern and his second guarantee to the shop that he would be at the drop off a little after 6.
