I had a blowout on my rear tire on the way back from getting my breathing treatment medication and I'm on 24-7 oxygen. on that particular day, I had a very tiny oxygen tank with me that was going to run out within an hour. A kind lady pulled up to the store right after my blowout and told the store clerk what was going on and then she drove me home. I had been ill for a long time and have dukes for disability. My case is pending right now. Now I find out that you towed my car and I owe 300.00 to get it out of tow and that this fee increases 50.00 a day. The car itself isn't even worth that amount. I hope with all that is in me that now that you know the circumstances you will have mercy on me. I don't have 2.00 much less 300.00 I would call but I don't have a phone

5 Stars - Highly Recommend Automotive Worx!…read more I can't recommend Automotive Worx enough! Philip was able to get my truck in at the last minute and charged significantly less than what other shops in the area were quoting me. Not only did he take care of the original issue, but he also went above and beyond by fixing several other problems, including replacing the radiator and sway bar links. It's hard to find a mechanic who is reliable, honest, affordable, and genuinely willing to help, but Philip checks all those boxes! The quality of work, fair pricing, and customer service have definitely earned our business. I'll absolutely be bringing my truck back for the other repairs it needs, and Automotive Worx will be our go-to shop for all of our vehicles moving forward. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic who does great work without breaking the bank, Philip is your guy!

We limped to Tallassee Alabama and found Automotive Worx at 3 PM on a FRIDAY . Phillip , the owner , and his assistant Terrece stopped what they were working on ; hooked our jeep up to his computer ; verified that the alternator was faulty ; removed it ; found and ordered the new alternator and installed it ...all in a couple of hours . By 6PM we were back on the freeway headed to North Carolina . Automotive Worx is in Tallassee Alabama about 9 miles from interstate 65 . They seem to have a good relationship with Advance Auto Parts that is about 1 mile away . It did not take Advance long to deliver the alternator to Automotive Worx . There is at least 1 other auto parts store near by as well . We were very lucky to find these guys today ! We are happy to be travelling tonight as opposed to waiting for parts or waiting for a mechanic to get freed up to help us some time this weekend or Monday .
