The wash leave my car super clean. They let you borrow cloths so you can wash your car and a spray that helps you clean your windows. They have a machine that sprays your tires clean as well. They offer cleaning wipes and air fresheners for free but today they didn't have wipes.

Read on for more details: Scheduled an appointment to have them detail my truck at my work location. I requested their Wash, Wax, and Basic Interior Detail (Mid Size). A team of two arrived, a regular technician, and a trainee It was mentioned that one of the guys was newer and still learning the job, which was OK with me. A co-worker decided to have his vehicle cleaned also so my truck was done by the trainee and my coworkers truck was done by the other technician. I checked back a few hours later, and it appeared that they were almost finished. The main technician told me that my vehicle was ready and I had a quick look around to check out the work. Right away I noticed lots of things that were not clean. For example, there were foot prints and watermarks on the chrome running boards There were lots of other areas that were not given the level of detail that you would expect for the service requested and price paid. I'm talking basic things that should not have to be pointed out after a detail service. In my assessment, the vehicle done by the trainee should have been checked out by the lead technician before handing it over as ready. And the icing on the cake, the Detail company left and took my car keys with them. Honest mistake, but certainly didn't help the cause.
