Second, the Blu-ray drive didn't work it would not even accept a disk. These two problems would have been clearly notice during any testing. Finally, there's a software, "unable to update" issue. I would never have bought this PS5 if I didn't think it was tested, which it was clearly not. I tried to return the PS5 the very next day when they opened. All my attempts to get a full refund were denied. I had never dealt with Pawn shops and this experience was not pleasant. This is a warning to be careful when purchasing from National Pawn on Capital Blvd. Don't be fooled by the smiles and good reviews! If I had read a review like this I would have been a lot less trusting, and it would have saved me $379 plus tax.
