Over the years, Reliable has serviced the ring when I bent one of the prongs, sold me my wedding bands, and bought the stone back when I wanted to upgrade. Their commitment as jewelers is excellent. Since buying my engagement ring, I've actually started working in the jewelry industry myself, selling engagement rings. I work for a great place in Bethesda. When my younger brother went to buy his girlfriend's ring, I could have gotten him a great deal on a stone. But instead, I recommended that he go with Reliable, because I knew they would give him a great price on the stone, and more importantly, they would service the product long after vows were exchanged. That's important to keep in mind when you buy a diamond -- will the jeweler stand by their product? Will you be able to easily and conveniently take your ring back to the jeweler? With Reliable, the answer was a definite "Yes." So, pay no mind to the pawn shop exterior -- this place is a great place for picking out a well-priced and gorgeous engagement ring in the NC area.

Second, the Blu-ray drive didn't work it would not even accept a disk. These two problems would have been clearly notice during any testing. Finally, there's a software, "unable to update" issue. I would never have bought this PS5 if I didn't think it was tested, which it was clearly not. I tried to return the PS5 the very next day when they opened. All my attempts to get a full refund were denied. I had never dealt with Pawn shops and this experience was not pleasant. This is a warning to be careful when purchasing from National Pawn on Capital Blvd. Don't be fooled by the smiles and good reviews!
